💧Important: Water Notice

🚶Accessibility Notice

Please note that Villa Island Paradise features a few stairs throughout the property. If mobility or accessibility is a consideration for your stay, we recommend keeping this in mind when booking.

🏡 About This Listing

Welcome to Villa Island Paradise, professionally managed by Bijou Getaways. This stunning villa is home to 7 beautifully appointed apartments — and this listing is for one private apartment within the villa. All photos displayed accurately represent the exact apartment you will be staying in upon booking. No surprises — just paradise! 🌴

🚗 Parking Notice

Villa Island Paradise has 3 parking spots available in front of the property, as well as street parking nearby — giving you plenty of convenient options! Please note that parking spots are shared across the villa and are not assigned to any individual unit, so we're unable to guarantee availability. We recommend having a backup plan, but in our experience there's almost always somewhere close by to park!

🚶Safety Notice: Walking to Cruz Bay

If you plan to walk from the property into Cruz Bay downtown, please be aware that there are no sidewalks along the route. You will be walking along the side of the road, so we strongly urge all guests to stay alert, walk single file, and be extra cautious of passing traffic — especially at night. It's a beautiful walk, but your safety is our top priority! 🙏

You may occasionally hear Claudio, our neighborhood rooster 🐓 — some guests consider themselves lucky to catch his sunrise serenade.

🎉 Don’t miss out—reserve your dates today for the ultimate island retreat!

While St. John is blissfully quiet and peaceful (seriously, it’s the kind of place where wild donkeys almost outnumber cars), you might hear the occasional road noise. Think of it as the island whispering, "You’re not dreaming, this place really is paradise." 😉

Great location in town with nice ocean view. Walking distance to SJ provisions, dolphin grocery, and mongoose shopping is a big plus. Villa can use some TLC especially for the rate but AC worked great and having 2 bedrooms was a must for us. Happy New Year!

Great place to stay in Cruz Bay.

This had easy access to restaurants, groceries and the National Park. Walking distance to restaurants, bars in the downtown area. There was also a parking spot, which was a huge plus.

Location most definitely stands out for this cottage! You are as close as you possibly could be to Cruz Bay-Restaurants, Bars, Live music, Grocery Store and Coffee Shop! You have your own entrance to your cottage which was nice, extra beach towels in the laundry room, and beach chairs and snorkel gear were also provided! Note: There is roaster that lives here and can be pretty loud in the mornings. The hill back up from the restaurant/bar area is not for the weak. Highly recommend!

Very convenient

We did a last minute getaway and found this property. It was walking distance to the restaurants and stores. We rented a Jeep to drive to all the beaches so it was nice to have the parking space. We would definitely rent again.

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay in St John! This cute little cabin was perfect for my husband and I on our anniversary trip. Everything we needed was there. It is close to Cruz Bay, within walking distance. It is clean, comfortable and everything in working order. The communication with the owner was easy and we got so much great info. We will definitely be back!

The host was welcoming and polite. Our flight was very delayed, due to weather, resulting in a late arrival. We had to call the host around 10 pm and Alex answered the phone and assisted us in finding the correct entrance and running to the grocery store for water and a little food. We had a few hiccups that were taken care of quickly. The cottage is rustic as noted and quaint. The distance to Cruz Bay and to all restaurants and the ferry is walk able, although sidewalks are rare. There was a dedicated parking space for our unit, which is huge! The view of the ocean is beautiful. I liked the rooster(s). They seem to love life at 5 in the morning, which is fine with me.

Wonderful property close to Cruz Bay

We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!

disappointing Christmas eve stay

The description and photos don't quite match the reality of the property. I was hoping for a cozy and enjoyable Christmas Eve stay, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations given the price. The kitchen is very cramped, and the stove and oven are quite old—the oven didn’t work at all during my stay, and even if it did, I would have been concerned about its safety. The dining table is also on the small side, making it difficult to comfortably accommodate four people. On top of that, I had trouble sleeping, and to make matters worse, the neighborhood roosters started crowing loudly at 2:00 a.m., making it nearly impossible to get rest.
