Easy access—very clear instructions—1floor living which was nice. Very tasteful decor. Loved the color of the fridge. Walking distance to downtown but far enough away to not hear any celebratory events. Central air was wonderful so we were very comfortable. Nice to be able to chill after time in St. Augustine.

Short stay for college tour

The location was super convenient, just a 10min walk to St George St and the Fort. We enjoy St. Augustine and the fact that everything was within walking distance made it even better! Home itself was super nice and a bottle of wine from the local winery was waiting for us in the kitchen, really nice touch. Much appreciated! We enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

This place is absolutely gorgeous with such a great location near the historic downtown. Everything is walkable and it looks refurbished inside. The only issue is with the large security deposit which is not a hold. The deposit does not get returned to you for 2 weeks. It then may not get processed by your bank for additional 15 days. That is a total of a month. Just something to keep in mind when booking this place. You can also hear your upstairs neighbors quite loudly. It is an old historic house which adds to its charm. There were also 2 separate codes for the lockbox that I received as well which led to some confusion on getting in.
