Beautiful Condo in a Quiet Location

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and quiet, with everything we needed. It was a very easy walk to the beach, and a quick ride down the road to St Augustine. The host was attentive and communicative without being intrusive.

Great vacation spot

The place was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had a very relaxing vacation. It was in a good location. Just far enough away to not be crowded but yet an easy drive to downtown.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful 2-level condo very much. While the community/buildings are a bit dated, the owner of this rental property has made some efforts to keep this condo bright and fresh. It could use a few updates, but it was inviting, clean, and comfortable and offered all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of this condo offers decent views of the ocean, and it is just a short walk to the beach. We couldn't locate the fitness room, and the observation boardwalk was closed - likely due to the work that was going on around the complex (which we were unaware of would be happening outside our doors). We also had an issue with our A/C when we arrived, but the PM was quick to respond, and took care of the issue very efficiently. Overall, we are very pleased, and we would definitely return for another stay! Thank you!

Beach trip

The property and condo were very nice. Only thing that was awkward for us with my grandaughter was the beach access, hopefully the private ramp will be repaired soon. But overall we found the condo and property to be very nice.

VERY RELAXING!!!

Just what the doctor ordered. Nicely appointed Condo and within a very short drive to everything that you need. The weather cooperated every day that we were there. Cant promise that on future visits, but regardless it was very relaxing!

Perfet vacation home

The townhouse we stayed was very conveniently located just a short distance from St Augustine . It's a 2 level place , in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to feel welcomed . It was everything and more that we expected from beautiful pictures we found online. Definitely recommend to any family looking for fun and safe place for their kids. Thank you !

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed being at Island House. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The complex was quiet and peaceful and well kept. Every morning I walked on the beach and watched the sunrise. We even discovered a place to watch the sunset right across A1A and a walk down the block. We would stay here again.

Family Getaway

This location is in a great place if you're visiting St. Augustine Florida. It's on the beach and a walk or drive into the sands with an AWD vehicle. It's also near St. Augustine beach. My family had a great time relaxing at this condo. Would definitely recommend for others.

The perfect getaway!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your property. Everything was perfect and every need was met. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. We loved having access to the beautiful beach without having to look at a bunch of hotels and restaurants. It was so peaceful. It was an easy drive to anything we wanted to do in St. Augustine. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again!

Nice beach condo

We were looking for a comfortable spot to stay while visiting St. Augustine. The condo was very clean and had all the things necessary for a nice visit. Communication with the property owner was excellent. It is just a short drive from the old town, which makes it ideal for sight-seeing and enjoying St. Augustine. As an fyi, this is a two-story condo, but the first floor is located on the second story of the building.

Well Maintained Condo with great location

Awesome pet friendly condo with beach access next door. This condo was convenient to downtown St Augustine and many great restaurants. A note to pet owners with senior dogs...there is no elevator, so your fur baby will need to be able climb stairs or hitch a ride in your arms.

Perfect location for our family vacation!

This was our first VRBO experience, and we had a wonderful time with this rental. The location was amazing (ocean views all over!), and the lodging was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was very accessible to activities in St. Augustine as well. Our only wish was that we’d booked a longer vacation. .

Nicely updated, very clean spacious.

Great place to stay with a short walk to the beach. Clean and spacious. Note that this is a second/third story unit, not on the ground floor so there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit.

Great beach getaway!

It is a very spacious and comfortable condo. We had lots of space and it was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nicely updated. The free tickets that came with the rental were very nice, even though we did not use them during this trip. It is in a great quiet location away from the busy town, but not too far away from things to do either. Lots of starter items! (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) A couple suggestions would be to have alarm clocks in the bed rooms, an extra kitchen towel (we only found one), and some extra blankets would be nice. Each bed only had a sheet and a light comforter. None of these things would cause us to not stay here, but wanted to let the management company know.

Spacious and clean!

We stayed for 3 nights following a week at Disney. This condo was perfect for a little R&R. It was very spacious with a newly remodeled kitchen. Having the new washer and dryer was a bonus to catch up on laundry from the week. The beds were comfy and the condo had everything we needed. We used the beach chairs daily! The only down side to this unit is no real water view from the main balcony, but we didn't spend much time indoors so it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely recommend this unit to those looking for a quiet location just minutes from the hustle and bustle of St. Augustine!
