Convenient location near Split harbour with nice view, however building is on a busy street. Cooked breakfast (with good varieties) is provided by cafe downstairs & they readily catered for my lactose intolerance. Tonci at Reception has a wealth of knowledge on services, and his dinner recommendation at Sperun was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is located in an office building. It seems that The View Luxury Rooms is located in only two floors from that building. Our rooms were small and have low quality sheet and towels. We consider that this is not a hotel. This is a floor with small rooms for rental. We also got a very cheap free sparkling wine due to the booking through Expedia. No sure why the Expedia and other websites is giving to the hotel a 4 starts rating which is too high considering the hotel amenities and type of rooms. I would suggest to lower the rating to 2 starts.

Excellent little aparthotel property in what looks like a converted office tower. Modern cozy room with city views and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Breakfast was nice and plentiful and the partner restaurant downstairs. Excellent choice if you just need an affordable stay near ferry port

One of the best choices we made for our trip was staying in The View Luxury Hotels in Split. The view really was amazing, and the rooms were spacious and very pleasing to stay in. The location was also a few minutes walking distance from everything so that made all our destinations, supermarket, restaurants etc easy to reach. Best of all the staff were incredibly friendly and gave us lots of advice and helped with all our questions so we did not need to worry about how to do anything during our trip.

This is not a hotel it is just 8 rooms located on the 8 floor. Our room was very small NO VIEW NO LUXURY Nothing comparable with the advertising photos. The good thing is that we had a free good breakfast at the cafeteria on he street level

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, choice of one menu item with coffee and juice. The hotel is in a tower block on the 8th floor with amazing views. Great location, only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the harbour. Would stay here again.
