I did not appreciate the unwelcome by Anahi. She was on her cellphone when I got there and seemed upset about checking me in. She did not welcome me or not even à hello. She was very blunt and rude, not even a smile. First impression was terrible! It will be my 1st and last time I stay there. My stay was from Wednesday to Sunday. So I do give the sweet lady that cleaned the room on Saturday, I always take a little something for housekeeping but I didn’t feel Anahi deserved any. She’s not a people person, don’t understand why she’s even on the front desk.
