Sunlight warms the spacious living room. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch. Unwind in the evening by watching a movie on the large flat screen TV or choose a game from a small selection provided for your entertainment. Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful granite counter tops as you prepare your favorite meals. Dining table seats 4 guests comfortably, 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Freshen up in the attached bathroom with a lovely marble vanity and walk-in tile shower. The Seville Condominium Community offers direct ocean access to the beach. Take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. Enjoy lounging by the sparkling pool (heated Dec/Jan/Feb) during the day and unwind in the large hot tub in the evening. If you decide to leave Seville Condominium Community for a bite to eat, you are a 5-minute walk from Wingstop and PadreRitaGrill. To explore farther island cuisine, shop or experience adventures along the island take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the north side of the island experience, close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island's World Birding Center. Overall the property was nice, but very dated. Toilet issues with 2 bathrooms but maintenance was on top of the repairs. Shower doors were very hard to open/close in 1 bathroom, making it difficult to use. Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and dining table very small. Not conducive to eating & cooking “at home”.

Not clean and noisy
We stayed in the property for a week. Being that it was right before the start of summer, there was a lot of renovation crews around. My issue was that we had contractors breaking concrete right on our door and we were not notified prior to that. The washer was not working and although I reported that, it was never fixed or exchanged.

Unit was very dirty with mold in places. We had to move to another condo. We were given our money back and manager helped us find a hotel for the night. To be fair South Padre Island Rental was easy to work with and we got another condo with them. But we felt that Seville 406 was misrepresented on the web site. Even the furniture was different.

Great Location, Unit needs some improvement
Before posting this review, I made the owner/management company aware of what would be posted.
I received an immediate response that all issues would be addressed.
The good: Living room furniture has been upgraded to reclining sofa and 2 recliners-very comfortable. Dining table also updated. New refrigerator and dishwasher.
Building is in impeccable condition and location. View from balcony is incredible. Beach is wonderful.
SPI Rentals is responsive and having 24 hour availability is wonderful.
Not so good: Cleanliness issues. Bedding issues.
The bad: both the king and queen beds are in terrible condition. Sagging mattresses that we had to firm up with extra blankets and pillow. Both beds make awful noise when you move in them especially getting in and out of bed. The wood frame or boards must be broke, there is no boxspring. Unit should not be rented with current mattresses.
A large part of the balcony is unusable due to a pile of rusted old beach chairs and a storage box that is locked.
If unit is advertised with a wraparound balcony, then the whole thing should be usable.
If these issues are addressed unit will be a 5 star.

The location was great.
The tub in one bathroom needed attention, service came within an hour. The cable boxes to run the tv’s needed changing. Service took them and never returned with new one to run tv’s in two rooms. Unit is in good location and had everything we needed. Weather was not in our favor but we made the best of it. We would return to this unit.

Review on my stay
Your unit was great with its direct view of the ocean and the amenities were also great. I would offer a suggestion to paint the inside. There were several places where some repair had been done with no touch up to cover it up. One is the wall leading to the living room that has masking tape covering the repair. Other than that, the unit was fantastic.
