*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles.
*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.

The apartment wasn't ready due to a lack of cleaning staff, according to what they said. They didn't give it to me until 7 pm, and it was still very dirty. Under the beds it's very dirty, you find undesirable things.

Nice time

It was very good and fun. Great area especially during spring break, it was calmer on this side traffic wise. Clayton’s was like 12 min away not bad at all. The Ac would get super cold randomly and the fridge didn’t get cold til the 2nd day but everything else was perfect.
