Absolutely perfect! We loved our stay, had everything we needed. Walked out to sit on the beach every day. Condo is beautifully decorated! So many close restaurants and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

My entire family had an excellent time during our Christmas week stay. The weather was 75-80 degrees all week and the gulf was warm enough for swimming. The condo was perfect for our stay. It is a perfect location and the owner the property and owners have provided all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The owners are very responsive to all questions and any issues that may arise. Thank you Ed & Betty sharing this condo with us.

This condo offers a list of great amenities: Great location, near to causeway for easy access to Port Isabel. Property is clean & well maintained. Plenty of space in condo with a kitchen that contains all the items you will need for your stay. Condo is very quiet with a great view of the ocean. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. Pool & hot tub are clean & well maintained. A five star property.

Condo was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and all the essentials were there. Communication with Ed was always prompt and helpful.The easy access/short walk to the beach was wonderful. Everyone agreed this was the most relaxing beach trip of all. We had a three YO and an almost one YO with us and the condo and balcony worked very well for all of us.The personnel we interacted with at the complex were helpful and accommodating.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

!!!Unsafe & Unresolved – Don’t Book This Condo!!!We’ve stayed at Sea Vista many times with great experiences—UNTIL THIS UNIT. The issues we faced were specific to this condo and owner, and serious enough that we will not book here again.The worst: a ceiling fan fell in the early morning hours due to improper installation. It could have caused serious injury. The owner insinuated our child caused it—though she was asleep when it happened and the crash woke the whole condo. We spent our last day waiting for an electrician who never came. The host refused any refund, hiding behind a “mechanical failure” clause that does not apply to a falling ceiling fan.Additional issues:•Master bed extremely hard and uncomfortable•Dishes were dirty and needed rewashing•Coffee maker wasn’t as listed (no Keurig option)•Hall shower drained poorly•Fan light in dbl room had no switch•Lighted mirror didn’t work•Ice maker didn’t work well•Keypad frequently failed•Dishwasher was tiny, smelly, and required multiple runs a day due to size•WiFi was weak, and cell service was nearly nonexistentPositives: cute decor, cold AC, great washer/dryer, nice patio furniture, and convenient beach access. Again, Sea Vista is a great property, but this unit is not maintained or managed to the standard you’d expect. Until major repairs and better hosting practices are in place, I strongly recommend avoiding this listing.

Beachfront beauty!

This condo fit our needs womdefully. Had everything we needed from beach toys to towels and more. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and great location. The beach was great and not crowded at all compared to others down the island. We had a womderful time and would 100% stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property, perfect views!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place! We woke up looking at the beach every morning. The place was super clean. Had plenty of cooking utensils and supplies! A huge plus was the water softener and filtered water! Beds were comfy, plenty of space for storage, and we were just a few steps away from the beach. I do wish the pool was bigger, however, we did get to enjoy it when it was empty. Office staff was super friendly and helpful when checking in and out and when asking questions. Overall, highly recommend booking your next SPI getaway here.

Great beach location

The condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of beach items provided, stocked with basic necessities. The view was phenomenal and the location couldn’t be beat. Our kids went from beach to pool multiple times a day. The owners were so kind and so helpful.

Amazing spring break trip! The condo was exactly like the pictures showed. It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. Check in and out were fast and easy. We got immediate responses from Ed and Betty. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing vacation.

Beautiful sunrise! Right on a pristine beach. Private entrance to beach and gated community. We were there in March and somehow avoided the spring breakers. The location is excellent. Bedrooms well done. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful in every way. What a blessing!

Great location for the SpaceX Rocket Launch

We stayed at this condo for the rocket launch and had a great experience. It was about a 20-minute walk down to the park to see the launch, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room and master bedroom is incredible. Note that the master bedroom has the only TV, and the internet can be intermittent at times. Ed was responsive and didn't require us to do a chore list before we checked out - which was a nice added touch since most of the VRBOs I stay in all require a checklist before checking out. It was a good experience.
