Disappointed more with the customer support than the room. We drove 5 hours and wanted to rest. The place looked lovely from the outside and once we started to set up. We noticed some black thing on the bed once we got closer look we found mouse feces on the bed sheets and under the beds. We tried to contact customer support but no one answered for several minutes. Our family members then discovered used things on the kitchen liked used ice on the sink. Dirty wine glasses and when we open the fridge there was mold (see pictures). Overall the place was very dirty. Customer support when we told them they claimed that the room was not dirty (see screenshots) and that the housekeeper was just there and told us to wait until tomorrow! Obviously we packed our things and asked for a full refund. They finally called us after calling them multiple times and they claimed “they couldn’t answer the phone. When they called us a guy very angrily said they will never give us full refund because we “refused” to get our room clean even though they wanted us to sleep on mouse feces. We were there maybe around 20mins or less.
Don’t recommend it at all. Nothing.
