The grassy area beside the swimming area isn’t particularly large. It’s both in the sun and under shaded trees with picnic tables scattered. Many people lounge on towels or bring fold out chairs, content with location and not swimming while others jump in or simply dip their feet. Now I'm hiding in a Dunkin Donuts waiting for the storm to blow over. Hopefully I still have a tent when I return to my site at Watkins.
