Hill’s Sierra Staycation is a new listing located right off the 90 bypass 5 minutes from Ft. Huachuca.
Our home caters to couples, contractors and families with an array of activities to keep everyone engaged. Whether sitting in the Hot Tub, reading, working on a puzzle, playing a game of pool or a game of Corn Hole in the backyard, there is always something for our guests to do during their stay here. The home’s interior is an eclectic mix of European influence from our travels and the furnishings are comfortable for everyone.
Sierra Staycation is located close to shopping, restaurants and with COVID affecting family vacations we feel that Sierra Vista has a lot to offer with our amazing hiking trails, preserves and vast wildlife.
For the security of our guests, this home has three outdoor security cameras. One at the entrance, one at the driveway, and one at the back right side which are turned off after guest check in.

Spotless , comfortable home !

4 of us stayed here while on a birding trip . The house is the best stocked house I have ever stayed at . The host even got us muffins, fruit, and cereal for our breakfast ! Who does that !!! No one actually . It’s a first for me and I rent a lot of properties . The house was immaculate inside . All the beds were super comfortable . The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly want . The hot tub was glorious at night . There’s two outdoor tables , one in front and one in back so you always had a shady spot to sit . The only negative thing I can say is the neighbors on both sides of the house had terrible looking properties . One even had a front loading washer just sitting between the houses . However , they were quiet, no issues and this property was so nice inside we didn’t care . It was spotless , comfortable and had so many special touches we will definitely stay here again when coming back . Thank you Theresa for all the extras you provided and calling back so quick after we locked ourselves out !

Excellent communication from Mrs. Hill throughout the process. She really went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay with many thoughtful extras arranged within the home prior to our arrival. The house was immaculately clean, and our family of seven was extremely comfortable for the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay, are so grateful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in this home, and would not hesitate to rent the house again when visiting Sierra Vista! Fabulous!

This home feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. We were traveling with 8 adults - from ages twenty something to the grandparents. We used this as our home base as we did day trips through Tombstone and Bisbee. Perfect location to visit Cochise County. At the end of the day, we totally relaxed in the hot tub. My husband swears it was the most comfortable bed we've ever had away from home - I agree! Communication with host very smooth and responsive. She provided everything we needed! Lovely 5 star experience.

Family Thanksgiving

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband spent Thanksgiving at this property. The layout of the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The piano got a good workout as well. I do have two suggestions. The bed in the first bedroom could use a new mattress. There is a dip that made it difficult to sleep. The second night we moved to the other queen room. That mattress was better and we enjoyed a good sleep. The second item is the toaster. It got very hot and was difficult to get the bread/muffin out without burning the fingers. That being said, we would definitely rent this property next time we visit our family in Sierra Vista!

Desert Paradise!

Best part of this property? Honestly, everything! From communication with the owner to the homey and elegant decor, from the location to the price, from the amenities to the breakfast items and cold water bottles, everything was just perfect. The owner, I don’t want to use her name in a public review, is so kind and gracious. Her husband is a kick and so easy to talk with. The hot tub was amazing! Didn’t think we’d use it in hot weather but we did and it felt great after a day of riding our motorcycles. But honestly, the best part was we were made to feel welcome, like old friends or close family. We left all agreeing to return. For us, that’s a five star place.

Fabulous just Fabulous!!

The house was fantastic. Plenty of room to be together or apart!! Beds were oh so comfortable with memory foam toppers. Made such a good night sleep possible. We loved our 6 day stay at this home. It was very clean and comfortable with great beds, couches and plenty of quality linens. Our host Theresa was amazing and she had thought of everything. Clear instructions were printed out for all Tvs and the hot tub and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could want including a gallon of milk, bread for toast, juice and brand new boxes of cereal! Theresa also had great communication skills and made ua feel so welcome. We will certainly be back!

Thanksgiving Visit

Sierra Staycation was great for our trip to Arizona over Thanksgiving. The well-equipped kitchen, including modern appliances, made meal prep easy and enjoyable. From the pool table to the hot tub to the two televisions, entertainment opportunities were plentiful and the location of the bedrooms in a well-separated area of the house allowed for quiet conditions for sleeping. Overall, a superior venue.
