This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a beautifully restored traditional Sevillian house in the famous Arenal neighborhood. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are wide and comfortable.
The apartment features a high-ceiling living room combining a cozy sitting area and dining space, along with a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers; one bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 m, while the other has two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m each.
Padre Marchena Street is one of the quietest in the city center and the Arenal area, known for its exclusive homes and safe environment. Nearby you’ll find numerous bars, well-known restaurants, small shops, and two supermarkets. Major landmarks such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Great Property
Family of four stayed here two nights. Great property in good location. Walking distance to everything. Property was clean with good beds and water pressure. Our hostess was lovely and answered all our questions. Only negative - we were on second floor. There are three. Family above us had a toddler who threw temper tantrums and ran around and jumping all hours. 7am. Midnight. There are quiet hours 11pm-9am but it did not matter. We got little sleep- even with earplugs. That is how loud it was. It is not courteous to others in the building to disturb at that level. We did alert our hostess upon checkout.

Well situated
This apartment was spotless, in a good location on a very quiet street. It was very small. We had only carry on luggage and it was difficult to find places for it. So make sure you are traveling light!

Your home in Sevilla
Our group of 3 adults, a toddler, and infant stayed here for a week. The apartment was perfect for us a a home base to explore Sevilla. It was well equipped to cook meals in, do laundry, and relax. It is also well situated to walk to anything you want to see in the city.
