Great Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. Doug was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Communication was great. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Close enough to town to be there in a few minutes but far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet. Great community and location.

We were very pleased with the cabin. We were disappointed that we didn't have a grill since it was so nice while we were there. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. We were close to attractions and really enjoyed our visit.

Perfect family vacation

Host was extremely attentive. All instructions were very clear and the check in process was a breeze. The cabin was clean and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect for us: 30 min from Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Park. There was also a Walmart and Publix close by so we could buy groceries for the week. We were with 4 teenage boys and they spent hours in the game room, fully entertained. I would definitely recommend this property!

House was great , it was close to everything, 10 minute ride to downtown . We stayed for 4 days with our family. Doug was great with check in process and while we stayed . Messaged us few times to see if we need anything. Would definitely come back again in future

Great experience!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 3 to 11 and this cabin accommodated us well! The kids LOVED the arcade game and pool table! The hot tub was a hit for after dinner relaxing and we were within walking distance to the pool! My family had a great time here!

Heaven in the Mountains

LOVED this stay! The cabin is gorgeous and was perfect for our large family. There was ample room for everyone and was extremely comfortable. Check-in and out was a breeze and I would highly recommend this property to everyone. One note: bring your own coffee grounds and we used instacart for all of our grocery needs/delivery.

Loved the property and the location

We loved the property! My family and I felt welcomed and comfortable. The property is conveniently located close to several amenities, stores, restaurants, attractions, etc. Pictures in the VRBO website show the cabin a bit bigger than it is in reality.

perfect location

Mom of teens...this place was perfect. Great location: just outside of the main strip, up on the mountain with a view. Great space: plenty of space for us to spread out or spend time together. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a large sauce pan). The beds were comfy, the cabin was clean. The other cabins are very close but it was quiet. Everyone had a great time!

Great cabin

Cabin itself was great. Very spacious and open. It was a plus having a kitchen with the basics already there & paper products provided for kitchen & bathroom. Any time I reached out to the hosts, there was a quick response which was greatly appreciated. Cabin is in a little community with a great pool. Neighbors were a little noisy but that's something you have to expect as close as the cabins are to one another. Definitely a family friendly area. Location is great & within a 10 minute drive to the attactions & grocery store/gas stations. Would definitely recommend this cabin for a family or big group of friends, especially if you don't mind the community vibe.

Great Cabin And Great Location

We were excited when we found this cabin listed with plenty of room for us and our three teenage boys. Only hesitation was the location as we usually stayed in Gatlinburg and this was in Sieverville. We surprisingly loved being in Sieverville.(just over the boundary of Pigeon Forge). The cabin was easy to find and GPS directed us easily to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge the Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. Would stay in this area again for sure. The owners checked in with us once we got in to be sure everything was going ok and were great to work with. When entering this cabin from the main deck (up just a few stairs), you are in the game room with the pool table, fooseball and video game. There is a tv to watch while playing. On this level is also the kids room with the bunk beds and another room with a queen size bed and TV and a full bathroom. On the second level is the kitchen (stocked with everything youneed) with a big kitchen table that seats seven at least. There is a family room with very comfortable seating and TV (uses Rocky so you can log into your own Hulu, etc accounts) You go outdoors to the wrap around deck that has five or six comfortable rocking chairs and tables. On this deck level is also the hot tub that our teenage boys used every night. There is also a full bathroom and another bedroom with a Queen sized bed and TV on this level. Up on the third level is a nice loft with a comfortable couch and big windows to overlook the view. The master bedroom is on this level with a very comfortable king bed and full bathroom. There is also an awesome jetted tub and fireplace in this room. We really enjoyed the cabin. It had the full kitchen to provide several meals in, entertainment for our three teenage boys and great places for relaxation. Throw in that we got to respectfully view a bear walk in front of the cabin and down the road from the second floor deck - we had an awesome time. Will look for availability of this cabin when we travel to the Gatlinburg area again!!
