Not a relaxing experience

The hot tub wasn’t working, they said they would deal with it the next day although we were checking out the next day. They gave me a very partial refund, when asked if we could get moved to a different cabin with a working hot tub this request was ignored. We were unable to sleep to due to noises we could not source. I feel communication could have been better.

Valentines getaway

It was supposed to be just a quick getaway to relax got to the cabin the cabin was nice chose this place because it had a hot tub so went to the hot tub and the water was ice cold and temperature wouldn’t turn up called to report it and said would try to get in touch with maintenance or relocate us since was only one night stay waited and heard nothing from anyone so stayed and called again the next morning after check out and reported same thing and fireplace wouldn’t work said they would talk to property owners and call me back got no call back waited a couple more days called back and went through the whole speech again and lady said was going to talk to property owners or somebody for some compensation and never heard anything back from anyone never had a bad experience with vrbo but no one did anything or did what they said !!

DREAM COME TRUE! Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning Mountain views! Everything worked great! Bed was so cozy and comfy, could stay there for days one end! We did not want to leave. Next time, I would definitely pack coffee grounds to bring though to make coffee. they have a coffee maker but no coffee grounds which is understandable. I also would bring a hair dryer next time too but other than that it was the perfect stay!

Nice place…Just wish the hot tub had been working.

The beds were huge and comfortable and there was lots of space throughout; good for families. The pool table was in excellent condition and we had some fun games. The hot tub looked great but wouldn’t heat up, it kept tripping an overheat code even though the water remained cold…

Great stay

Peaceful location. Close to Dollywood that you can hear people riding the coasters in the distance (not loud or bothersome). Beds were comfortable. Overall great time. Only tips for improvement - could use a skillet and dryer made a loud squealing sound. We were able to make do so not a dealbreaker. We would stay again for sure.

Family Vacation

Absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect and more than enough room for my family of 5. The view from the top and bottom balcony was gorgeous. We made good use of the pool table, air hockey table, and of course the hot tub. The place was clean and tidy. A couple cobwebs on the windows but nothing that was bothersome. If you want to use the community pool it is a ways down but we stayed busy with activities in town so it did not affect us. We would love go come back to this cabin next time we enjoyed our time there!

Amazing cabin! We're Engaged!

This cabin was a perfect get away! We got engaged at the cabin!! We will be staying again!! The beds were clean and we had everything we needed with exception of coffee, but there was a local grocery store close and tons of coffee shops. The drive up the mountain was a little scary the first time driving up but got alot more comfortable by the second time. I suggest getting there before dark!

We were excited to arrive just to find out the cabin wasn’t

It was fine, but arriving it was dirty. We had to buy our own cleaning products and no one wants to clean on their vacation. The cleaners didn’t come until the next day. The excuse was that it snowed, I saw no snow near the cabins. We also saw the news before coming to here just to prepare ourselves. So does this happen all the time or was it just us. The doors wouldn’t close and one of the shower head wouldn’t work. We didn’t call about that because we were expecting a call back from you guys and never received it. But overall the cabin was pretty and the view was stunning. But the service not so good.

Cruise alternative

Loved the property. Bring supplies for more than a week. Need more pots and pans and silverware. Oven did not work except on broil. Pool table and hot tub was perfect. Bathrooms clean and perfect. Great time had by all.

Pleasant, relaxing stay!

The cabin was ladi out very nicely for a family of four and the location and view were wonderful! The cabin was overall very clean; however, there were a few sticky cup ring marks by the computer and one of the night stands indicating that these were likely not wiped down. We had to have maintenance come to look at the hot tub because there was something pulled out from the breaker box to operate the hot tub. The pool table and air hockey table were nice to have for us and the kids. The jacuzzi was very large and nice; however, when we drained the water, we had water leak into the kitchen. Also, we could not get the TV or DVD player to work in the main living room area. But overall we were satisfied with our visit.

Beautiful Cabin

This was a great cabin very clean. Loved the upstairs with the pool table and view. I would suggest getting a new mattress for the upstairs bed it was very worn. Also the air hockey table lights and sound wouldn't come on. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Me and my family stayed here for three nights and loved this cabin. Its far enough away from town to be nice, but you can also see the Island from the deck and the lights were beautiful at night. The mountains were also in view from the hot tub and this was very relaxing. Would stay again!

Beautiful view, great property

We came for a family vacation with our 1 year old daughter. This cabin was perfect for our needs- spacious enough for us (and all of our STUFF...) Ideal location near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge main drag, national park and Gatlinburg. Clean property and even better than described. The check in and check out process was so easy - it was automated, so didn't even need to stop at the office (a huge bonus, did I mention I had a 1 year old in tow...) The views at this property were absolutely exceptional! Worth the trip for the vistas alone! We also got to enjoy the nightly Dollywood fireworks from the deck which was an awesome bonus. Pool at the resort is small but well kept... we enjoyed it. Overall a fantastic vacation. We wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend this property to anyone.
