There were several little things that determined my rating. The cabin could definitely use some minor attention and deep cleaning (screen was half way out of the screen door on the deck (my husband fixed it), the water hose was strung out over the deck which was a hazard and looked bad (my husband rolled it up), the flooring in the downstairs bathroom needs repaired/replaced, the countertop in the kitchen should be replaced, some of the heat/air vents on the floor are rusted and should be replaced. The open bathroom in the master should be closed in (not too many people want to take a shower or use the restroom in the open view of the bedroom). There was a lot of dust, dirt and dead lady bugs throughout the house. Also, there isn't a lot of parking, considering this is a 4 bedroom cabin. I would suggest removing the shrubbery in the front of the house and adding additional parking there. In addition, the spiral staircase makes it hard to get luggage (pack n play for babies), etc downstairs. I would suggest making an actual walkway from the driveway to the deck leading downstairs. The rocks that are currently there, are a hazard for people carrying items down, or for people that are handicapped.
