"I appreciated the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. Good location, close to Brasov, safety, secured parking. Poor sound insulation. We were asked to wait a few minutes to have hot water; after 1/4 hour, I gave up and had a shower with slightly warm water."

"The actual hotel didn't match the photos, it was an outdated, dusty and old hotel. The room were newly renovated, however they were not fully ready and they were smelling as fresh paint. There was no restaurant by the lake, as in the photos. Also, there is no access to the lake. The food wasn't great. ..."
