Great location within easy walking distance of Myeongdong, without being right in the middle of a very busy area. Great access to subway stations. Self check in kiosk was convenient and easy to use. Also appreciated having an entire fridge to store drinks in, as well as a ramen room downstairs.

Attentive, friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including complimentary umbrellas, the breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was refilled so that nothing ever ran out, and the room was comfortable with a great view over the Myeongdong area. The location was great for subway, tour pick-ups and access to night markets and the Namsan Park. The ability to store our luggage at the hotel with no cost after checkout to do some final sight-seeing was an added bonus and much appreciation as we flew out late evening.

Property is centrally located , clean and well maintained . We were there for 4 days, the housekeeping would never clean the used coffee cups! Not sure if they are instructed not to! You cant check in earlier than the time is says so the kiosk will say they cant find your reservation. Dont worry just go around the desk area and a very nice staff member will help you keep your luggage till its time for check in. So many places to go shop/eat from hotel . They offer airport transfer but id only recommend if youre a group to share the cost as its a bit pricey compared to taking the airport limousine bus.
