The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet and dining options were varied and delicious, which added to the overall experience. We felt very well looked after, and the team made our stay feel truly special. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Stayed here four nights. Great location just outside the city. The room was very clean and it was very easy to drive in the southern area. Has free parking and nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very helpful to also have free laundry room service. There are two washers and two driers. Game room for kids. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi amenity was great. Had jacuzzi in room too which was nice.

Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious (bathroom is small) but the dinner staffing was insufficient the one night we had dinner at the hotel. There was only 1 cook in the kitchen and 1 waiter and about 5 tables so food arrived bit by bit over a 90 minute period. I would suggest eating out all the time as nearby restaurants are better than hotel but the hotel overall is good and i would stay there again.

Overall, a wonderful property in a fantastic location, staffed with friendly and professional folks who are very good English speakers. Every room has an ocean view, and for the price we got on the hotels.com site, it was a terrific deal. Everything was clean, convenient, and easy. The room was very big and spacious. Amazing sea view too! And the bathtub was definitely an highlight. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big disappointment — super expensive and very low quality and taste. Finally, the gym was also a joke. Very few old equipment on a terrible flooring.
