Sugar Loaf Casita - 1 Block to Best Trailhead!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located casita in west sedona that you can access the trail head just one block up. Walk to grocery and many great restaurants. The casita is on the street level and the main house, in which we live, is above. This space has all you will need with linens, tea, coffee, trail access to sugar loaf, and just a beautiful street to stay in Sedona!

You have access to the studio apartment and the paver patio just out the front door under the deck. The paver parking under the deck is reserved for us, please don’t park there. You will be able to use a single grave parking space in front of the unit. Thanks

We live above so you may see us but we do not go out of our way to meet so we can give you your privacy. We ask that you respect our privacy as well.

The unit had a major soundproofing done to it and it worked really well though it’s impossible to control all sounds. You may hear some muffled foot steps from above and noise that come through the window when we are out of the deck. Our friend who has stayed for 3 months said it was never an issue and any noise he heard was light.

1 block from sugar loaf trailhead, amazing location. We walk to the trailhead everyday. Right in the middle of west Sedona, very peaceful neighborhood.

This studio is centrally located to sugarloaf trail head and all the major grocery stores. It's about 5-10 minutes down the street to get in the creek or go to uptown! The neighborhood is quiet yet a great walking scene as the trail head is just up the street 1 block. Parking your car is easy as you have your own designated spot.

-No smoking allowed on property or in property - there will be a fine to do extra cleaning or smoke repair if there is notice of smell.
- We live above and you may hear us.
- We allow one vehicle to park at the house.
- No trailers or campers.
- There is no street parking, this uspsets the neighbors and we don’t allow guests to park on the street.
