Sedona vacation

Property was perfect for one -two couples. Comfortable and clean. Lots of large windows and sunlight. Cozy furnishings. Many positives and only one negative; takes 10-15 min to get hot water in the master shower. We would happily stay there again.

Great Spot!

We had a terrific time, and enjoyed the house very much. Everything was comfortable and well cared for. We did not end up walking from the house as we had originally hoped, but this was not an issue. The trailheads are all so close and easy to access that the short drive to them was no problem. The home gets lovely light and has a terrific view. We would certainly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location

My friend and I just stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the deck and hot tub immensely. The house was close to restaurants, shopping and trails yet so secluded and quiet at the top of the hill. Kitchen was well equipped. Having only one shower is a drawback. Perhaps the tub could be converted to a stall shower It is hard to see the step downs in the living and kitchen areas and my friend took a tumble. Perhaps a rug on the landing from the kitchen and another as you exit the living area would help guests remember that there is a step. The hot tub felt great after long days on the beautiful trails. I recommend staying here. I called the caretaker about a hot water issue and was responsive and said it just takes awhile for the hot water in the shower The filter in the shower head needs to be replaced—I have the same one at my home and it really works but needs replacing after 50 showers. Try Rascals. Fabulous food. Hope to return and rent again.

The property was exactly as shown on the VRBO site. It worked out perfectly for the four of us. Hot tub was great for relaxing. Only disappointment is that the property does not include a grill. We knew it didn’t since the site did mention that fact. Overall the location was great and the views were stunning.

Red Rocks Trip

Great location - close to all the West Sedona trails. Great view of Thunder Mtn from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the LR/Kitchen area. Good restaurants close by. Check in was easy. Great hillside property.

Comfortable stay with a great view

The house was a great size. We loved the huge kitchen and enormous living space with high ceilings and mountain views. The beds for comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and the bird feeders outside! The location is very close to many hiking trails and it's easy to drive into town. The shower in one bedroom is somewhat exposed, and the other bathroom only has a tub, so just be aware of that if you're looking for a lot of privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hidden gem in Sedona!

The house was very nice. My only complaint is the hot tub. Not sure what chemicals are used but we went in and all of our silvery jewelry is tarnished.

Great location

Loved the property location. So close to uptown Sedona shopping, grocery stores and hiking trails. Pros: hot tub, washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen, mattress toppers. No real cons. Note that there are two bathrooms but only one with a walk in shower that the two couples made work. Great property..,,,,we would stay again.

Lovely place to stay in West Sedona

Very comfortable home with many superb amenities. Multiple deck opportunities including hot tub. Beautiful views of red rocks and very close to trails. When you stay, remain aware of step down from living room area. It isn’t obvious in subdued light, so remind yourself, (at least at first that the step is there). This is not a criticism, just a heads up. Would return without hesitation.

Warm, inviting home with beautiful red-rock views

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the 2-story floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, which provided a beautiful view of the nearby red rocks. The home felt warm and inviting, and we would return.

Cozy Romantic Place

Amazing, peaceful property!

I stayed with my sister and mother for a girls outing! The home was beautiful and the setting was so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, and the property managers answered any questions we had promptly. We enjoyed our short stay, and highly recommend the home to other small groups. The only concern were the small steps into the kitchen, as my mom has some mobility issues (we knew about the outdoor stairs).

Great views and location

This house is located just west of uptown Sedona, where a lot of nightlife happens and get really congested with traffic and tourists so it makes it nice having a house just outside of that so you don’t have to deal with a lot of the traffic plus it was really easy access a private driveway on private road. People in the neighborhood seem pretty friendly And the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The view is in the house looks so incredible. Each porch offered a pretty unique view. Overall, the whole experience is pretty great. The only complaint that we would say we had about the house. The mattresses could probably use some updating. Everything else was great..the Hot tub work just as described and was really great to have after a long day of offloading and hiking. I would definitely staying at this location again if you’re considering it definitely stay here you’ll be glad you did!
