Bad plumbing! Was not able to use the shower as water did not heat in the shower. Toilet was suspect to over flow did not flush Toilet paper.Bathroom sink did not drain properly as had to take PTA baths. Bedding was old and kinda stinky. Kitchen was ok along with fridge, microwave. Available coffee pot/tea pot.Also toilet seat needed replacing. No Bed bugs were present. Thank God!

It wasnt super clean, i cant say that i believe the sheets are cleaned between every stay. The bathroom is small and just old/dirty feeling. It does have everything you need and only a quick ride from downtown Seattle. I feel like i got what i paid for though.

Essentially a small apartment, equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. I couldn't figure out the shower knob (why does every hotel shower work differently?) and the owner was very quick to respond to my question explaining it.

Property is exactly as described in the listing. If you’re happy with the description, it’ll meet your expectations. The shower tub is dated and could use cleaning/updating. Kitchen was equipped but some plates/cutlery not cleaned well (although onus is on the previous guest to clean as the hired cleaners don’t clean the kitchen). Owner incredibly helpful and communicative. The area surrounding the property doesn’t feel overly safe but certainly safer than downtown. There was a digital lock and deadlock inside the room, which helped us feel safe.

Convenient, affordable but not clean...

The host was great at communicating and helping when we had any trouble. The location is perfect! Would we book again? No I would not, the bathroom tub is not clean it has mold around the edges and the floor of the tub isn't clean looking either. This is probably why there isn't a full picture of it on the listing. There was also a used wet, mildew smelling dish scrubber that should have been replaced with a brand new one. This place would be a better fit for college bros who aren't concerned about a clean place to stay but at my age I need more cleanliness. The trash can and fridge had some oily residue on it. The bed was the only thing that felt clean, thankfully. The sofa in the living room area did not! You can see past stains that haven't been cleaned properly so we did not feel comfortable sitting on it. I hate to give an unpleasant review but this was my experience. This place really just needs a really good deep clean every month plus the cleanings after each stay and the bathroom tub needs a renovation period! At the end of the day we definitely got what we paid for this place was the best deal for us!

Pretty much exactly as described in the listing, served my needs perfectly, great location. My one note (for a star deduction) is that the wall heater in the bedroom was extremely noisy, I think there’s an issue with the fan.

I had a great stay at this cozy little spot on Jefferson Street! The place is small, but it’s perfectly located close to everything — making it super convenient for exploring Seattle. It was incredibly clean and had a welcoming, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. The only small downside is that it can get a little cold at times, but overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend!

Overall not a terrible place to stay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s in a relatively good location. The entrance to the apartment is hidden away in the back so people wont know there is a door/apartment there unless they know. The description for the place is pretty accurate, it is an old building so the insulation isn’t great, but there are space heaters. The place is clean but can probably use a deep cleaning. Definitely need shower slippers, the shower rug looks dirty/moldy and there are some cob webs in the vents. If you’re not looking for a modern up to date place to stay, it’s not a horrible choice for the price point.
