Esta belleza frente al mar es una que disfrutarás. Con ventanas que se extienden desde el suelo hasta los techos frente al mar durante todo el lapso de la casa. La casa se encuentra en el extremo norte de Seaside en N. Columbia (Prom) Tendrá la vista perfecta desde la cocina hasta el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar, el comedor y la sala de bonificación en la planta superior, junto con un dormitorio frente al mar en el segundo piso con un balcón con vista a la playa. Esta casa tiene mucho espacio y le da la bienvenida a los ejecutivos que solo se ponen al día con algunos detalles, o con un grupo de parejas para un divertido fin de semana relajante.
La casa cuenta con un concepto abierto de cocina / comedor. Fuera de la sala de estar está el primer dormitorio. Cuenta con una cama king size y baño privado. También tiene una puerta corrediza de vidrio que sale a la terraza frente al mar.
Arriba, hay una cama de matrimonio al llegar al rellano.
A continuación, hay una cama king con puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce a un balcón privado con vista al océano. Esta planta también tiene un baño completo con bañera y ducha. Esta casa está ubicada en una parte preferida de Seaside. Arriba en el extremo norte. Lejos de todo el tráfico peatonal. Tranquilo y sereno.

Good fit

The house accommodated our family group nicely. That can be hard to do with teenagers AND little's. Katy was very nice and helpful. The house needed a little attention as there were multiple lights burnt out and some dust, but nothing crazy and Katy listened to our concerns. May

Lots of space

This house is great for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a huge dining room table. The reason I'm giving the house of 4 out of 5 1) the upstairs area didn't have any lighting except for one table lamp, so we didn't get to en that space. The lingking bed downstairs didn'tenjthat space.

The location of the house was great, the view was beautiful. But the house had a lot of deferred maintenance and was not very clean. The kitchen was not well stocked. We had to go buy garbage bags, paper towels, parcel for the bathroom, lighters to build a fire. The furniture was very dated with covers on everything. The master bedroom bed was so high up. I had to move a dining room chair next to it to get into it. The upstairs was very hot and there were no fans. There was no air conditioning in the house . I would not stay here again.

Clogged sinks/drains Dust everywhere No ping pong supplies even though it’s advertised A big pile of towels in the dryer not folded - and tten no towels in the bedrooms/bathrooms PM did not like our pointing these things out she said it was very clean It's dirty. Very dirty. The garbage and recycle bins were full when we got here. No working wifi - really a big problem Pillow cases that don't fit pillows. Lousy mattresses No dishwasher soap.

Good, not great.

First of all, host Katie was great. This is not on her. It's on the owners. They don't seem generous in that they obviously are not investing in the quality of their property. The location is great. The view is fabulous. Beach access is direct and simple.The house was, once upon a time, grand - but now it seems rode hard and put away wet in the barn. A fair amount of wear that has not been attended to. Things are dated - which takes away from the quality of the experience. Outlets didn't work. sliding doors were sticky. There are ceiling fans but otherwise, poor cross ventilation. Deck furniture in bad shape (and you have to schlep it yourself, in and out of garage). Little things that tip the scale and are incongruent with the quality of the setting. There are several good features, Katie being one of them - very accessible, responsive and helpful. Thank you, Katie. The property next door is in the beginning stages of construction so if listening to builders is a thing for you, you might want to check that status out before committing to the house. We ended up not spending our days there because of the noise and vibration. Katie refunded a portion of our fee which we appreciated very much.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house itself is well taken care of, homey and with wonderful peaceful views! Our host was prompt and lovely, answering any questions rapidly. This was a perfect stay. We hope to be back before long!

Incredible Beach Property

Better than pictured. We went here to celebrate my birthday with friends and kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. Comfy beds, plenty or room, games and activities available, incredible access. Will absolutely be reserving this spot again!

Beautiful View of the Ocean

We loved the house, it was perfect to get together with family/friends. Lots of windows to give a great view of the ocean, plenty of bedrooms and great living space. If there was one thing that could use improvement it might be the seating in the common room, but we were very happy with the place overall and Katy was very easy to work with and communicated well.

Nice location

This is a great location and very spacious. It definitely could use some updates. The games in the game room didn't work well but that didn't impact our stay. The Internet was slow but again we didn't need it much. Overall we had a nice time!

Ocean Views from Every Room

This house is amazing! Large windows and beautiful ocean views from practically every room. We took the super short walk to the beach multiple times each day. A quick drive to a grocery store and it's located close to everything else on our agenda (restaurants, shopping, promenade). Furnishings were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cozy factor. The large family spaces allowed us to be connected while also doing different activities. Katy was great to work with and very accommodating to our late evening arrival.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

We enjoyed our recovery time strolling on the beach, or back from the Prom. Everything was comfortable and just enough amenities to accommodate us. We enjoyed it so much; we booked it again for next year! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood with a perfect view of the water. Also clean and well-stocked for all of our needs. Communication with the property manager was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.
