I drove 14 hours today. Find closest hotel to me and book online. I get to hotel and it’s closed. No one at office. I call all numbers. I talk to chat agent. Ask for pics and no one believes me!!! I’ve been a Travelocity member for 10 plus years!!!! Book 3 to 4 times monthly! Over the poor handling of a $49 booking you lost me as a member! I’ve uninstalled the app. Next time train your agents to look at member history!!! Never 1 time on all these years a single complaint. They should be easy to see!!! Do better and believe your members!!!!!!

The outside is ran down and not very inviting but some effort was put into the design of the room. Three beds?! This worked out super great and even better for the price. I will recommend and stay again if ever needed. Man a t check in was down to earth and patient and understanding of our situation. Made for quick easy check in.

Ever wanna go somewhere and feel like you’re in a nightmare this is it! The place is filthy , old disgusting furniture , a crack under the door a midget could fit through with the strongest smell of mold this side of the Mississippi River. Staff was rude and nosy. Just a waste of money . Don’t go here your better off sleeping under the bridge
