Great location and layout

Loved the location being in a quiet part of the island with easy access to the beach. Also, the layout of the house was very open which made it great for everyone to hang out together.

Perfect House for Family Vacation

Layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents. Couple hundred feet from the beach with direct access to the boardwalk was a dream. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This house is perfect for our family of 8! The rooms are spacious with lots of seating. It is perfectly located to the wide open beach via the boardwalk!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd time at this lovely beach home. Stayed 2 weeks and hosted a mini family reunion for our kids and inlaws. Lots of space for 3 couples and our dogHouse has everything you could need for a great vacation Fully stocked kitchen, multiple.dining areas, gas grill, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces and STEPS from Seabrook's amazing beach

Great Location on Seabrook Island

We had a great family trip to this property on Seabrook Island. The house has plenty of space and is located just a short walk from the beach and a walk or very short car ride to the club house, restaurant and golf courses on the Island. We had a great week staying at the property! Definitely would recommend for any families looking for a top notch location property in the area.

Great location near beach with direct boardwalk from the house.

This was a great house located very close to the beach. Everything worked well, and had a well stocked kitchen with two refrigerators which always comes in handy. Much more space that ever expected! Wonderful decks too.

We loved our stay here! The house is in the perfect location - so close to the beach and a quick bike ride to the pool/club. Kitchen was stocked and we appreciated all of the games and puzzles. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family! Would definitely rent again!!! Zero complaints.

Perfect Seabrook getaway

Beautiful, well equipped rental home just 350 steps to the beach! Everything you could want is provided in the well stocked kitchen and guest supply closet for the beach. Even had a bowl for our dog! 4 bed plus loft easily sleeps 3 couples plus kids. We plan to go back!

Three families, plenty of spaces to spread out.

This is our second year at this beach home. Being foodies, we have been very pleased with the home. The owners continue to add items/improvements to the house. The storage room has lots of beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and kids bikes. My family loves this house.

Family beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island and the home was clean, spacious and had an extremely well equipped kitchen which was very helpful since we were a large group with 2 young children making it difficult to eat out at restaurants! The floor plan was excellent and would have liked one more bathroom to avoid two couples having to share. The main living area was amazing and comfortable and even though some of the home was outdated (cabinetry, etc.) it did not affect our enjoyment of our visit!

Great Location

We liked the proximity to the beach and the outside decks were wonderful to sit on and enjoy nature. The kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom and bath were very roomy. The washer had mold on the rubber molding and was a bit worn - tore a shirt in the washer. The house is a bit dated, with paint peeling on the master bath ceiling, but it was roomy, clean and inviting. There were toys and beach chairs that we were able to use, which was really nice - as well as the outside shower to spray off the sand. We really enjoyed our vacation.

We love this home. The porches are a strong feature of the home. We started every day on the covered porch with coffee. The owners continue to update the home (new flooring, air fryer and new shower this year). The storage area in the car porch is stocked well with beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart to get everything to the surf. Kitchen is well outfitted with cookware and spices.

Great Home and location.

The picture of the home are a very good representation of the home. Additional Details: The kitchen was well outfitted with cookware. Have a 2nd refrigerator was a plus. It became our water/drink refrigerator. Grill worked well. There were detailed instructions on how to use the TV. Internet worked well. The porches were great. There are two porches and one sun deck. One of the porches has skylights. It was so relaxing on our rainy day. We were looking for a house for our family to grow into as grandkids come along. This is that house for us.

Great Location

The highlight of this property is definitely the location... right on the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. The house accommodates 9 people, but the upstairs bed does not have a bedroom and no way to cut off noise from downstairs. The kitchen is outdated, but fairly well equipped and actually works quite well. The outdoor table is great for dining. The master bath looks updated, but has only one sink and no counter to put anything. The master and bath are light and great, but the rest of the house is rather dark, and the one guest bed is pretty uncomfortable. All that said, this house does work really well for a family and even comes with a toddler table and chairs which was used alot! They have great beach chairs and beach toys and the outdoor shower is wonderful.
