Really great property, exactly as described. It's clearly been recently renovated; they did a really good job with everything. It was clean and the kitchen was pretty well appointed; they need to add a few things, like a citrus juicer and cocktail shaker (I mean, we're on vacation at the beach after all!), but overall it had pretty much everything we needed. There were a couple minimal spices as well (salt, pepper, one or two other things), so you will want to bring/buy what you need in this department.When we contacted the host before arrival, we were told that the property had basic starters of things like dishwasher pods, paper towels, and laundry detergent, and no kitchen countertop spray or stain remover, but when we got there we found that they had more than enough of all these things for our entire stay. I realize that they can't guarantee that these items will be at the property, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that they were provided.The property doesn't have ANY beach gear, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, etc. so you will need to bring anything you want. Since the property comes with access to the beach club, you don't need towels if you plan to exclusively go there (they provide towels). The property also didn't provide any shampoo/conditioner. There was lots of hand soap and bar soap though.The only complaint we had was that the TV in the main living room was super slow and seemed like it was on it's last legs. We'd definitely stay again!!
