Casa Risa con encanto cerca de la ciudad y playas escondidas

Casa Risa es una casa de dos dormitorios ubicado en la parte sur de la ciudad cerca de las playas ocultas *, sin embargo, sólo un 8 minutos a pie (no hay colinas) a Sayulita Plaza y 10 minutos de la playa de Sayulita. Perfectamente situado así que todo es ir andando, pero lo suficientemente lejos de la tarde por la noche los sonidos de la ciudad.

La Casa tiene un ambiente de playa tranquila y cuenta con un plan de piso abierto, con techos abovedados altos. Risa también tiene un patio cubierto rodeado de un jardín donde se puede descansar en una hamaca. El salón tiene 3 sofás grandes incorporadas para acurrucarse en Netflix y ver cuando no estás en la playa o de turismo por la ciudad. El baño cuenta con una hermosa piedra ducha a ras de suelo que es sólo el cielo después de un día de playa larga. Las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado, un montón de espacio en el armario, ya diferencia de las camas duras como una piedra que se encuentran a lo largo de México, muy acogedor espuma de memoria colchones superiores.

Casa Risa viene con Wi-Fi gratuita, una cocina completa, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y ventiladores de techo, sábanas 100% algodón, edredones y toallas, TV con Netflix, Logitech altavoz del muelle, agua potable embotellada, artículos de cocina y algunos otros detalles que hacen su estancia agradable. También proporcionamos toallas de playa, tablas de surf, y una sombrilla de playa.

* Playa de los Muertos (Playa de los Muertos, que se llama así por el hermoso cementerio que se encuentra al lado) es un corto de 15 minutos a pie. Esta playa cuenta con los vendedores mínimos, mucha sombra y suaves olas. Un guardia de la vida está en servicio la mayor parte del tiempo y la zona acordonada para nadar le da la oportunidad de jugar en las olas y flotar en el agua con seguridad. A diferencia de la parte norte de Sayulita que tiene corrientes de resaca y está cerca de la planta de tratamiento de agua, el lado sur es la más limpia y pura experiencia de México se le antoja. Y en tan sólo 20-25 minutos a pie de la Casa Risa es Playas Carricitos, Pátzcuaro y Patzcuarito. Si bien se debe tener precaución al nadar o bodysurfing estas playas, la belleza y la lejanía es muy conveniente para la meditación, el yoga, o leer un buen libro. Beautiful place / arrangement. Open floor plan, 2 nice bedrooms and mostly a really awesome living area. Wrap around couch. Family would be best? I realized too late... but it would have been worth it to get a golf cart. Great stay.

Home away from home

We enjoyed Casa Risa where we stayed for 2 months. The terrace became our main living area where we ate most of our meals and worked. Gordon is a painter and I do ceramics so we set up a work area at one end. Our dogs enjoyed it too. It was an easy ten minute walk to a beautiful jungle walk which led to a very private beach. We also walked to town and the beach all the time and even the far end of town was only ten to twelve minutes walk. We did not know we shared our entrance with the upper unit and those people walked past our terrace both coming and going. This was not too inconvenient as all the people who stayed there were very nice, but something we would have liked to know ahead. In general this was good value for the price and suited our needs well. Comfortable bed. Spacious very usable kitchen and living room, good hot water and pressure in the shower.

Great Place!!

First off communication with Leah and Ali was easy, very quick and spot on! That was really important to me as I was going to propose to my fiance. The casa was great.....well equipped, comfortable and best off, quiet. Sayulita can be lots of fun if you know what I mean, but we were sure to get a good night's sleep and be ready for the next beautiful day. The location was convenient and could get to town two different ways which was really nice depending on what we were doing. And if you're wondering, she said YES! Wooo hoo.

Worry-free stay at Casa Risa - a wonderful paradise!

Everything was near-perfect for my visit. Casa Risa was welcoming, beautiful and well-appointed with everything I needed. The property manager dropped by and he fixed the loose bathroom faucet handle on the spot!

A lovely place to stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Casa Risa. The house had everything we could need and was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds were comfortable too! Hosts were available for questions and Jorge and family were very nice and around if we needed them. Enjoyed the nice quiet location. We would happily stay here again and recommend it.

Great location, safe and secure.

Casa Risa made for a great 25 day stay in Sayulita. Perfect distance to downtown, restaurants and beaches. The bedrooms were roomy as was the rest of the living space. Used the patio every day. The bathroom and shower were fabulous. Great water pressure and lots of hot water for showers. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful with directions and suggestions for not to miss activities in Sayulita. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Was prepared for the roosters and the walking... not so much for the construction noise and the explosions leading up to the Saint Guadaloupe celebrations. Really really appreciated the super helpful details regarding food recommendations. Neither of us got sick and we even braved some of the local produce and cooked our favorite scramble!

Our stay at Casa Risa was even better than we anticipated, and is so thoughtfully set up and decorated for your comfort and has all necessities for your home away from home! We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs almost every day as well as boogie boards! we loved the hammock and table out front provides a beautiful courtyard with flowers and plants you feel like our in the jungle! The beds are SO comfortable, air conditioning units work great. Kitchen has every amenity you could think of and the neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful open shower and cleaning services once a week. Leah and Ali are quick to respond with any questions and respect your privacy as they live upstairs in a separate unit. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was or how amazing Leah and Ali are ! we will be back!!

Amazing!!!

I really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect because there are many amenities close, such as a laundry lady as well as a convenience store. The main highway to Punta Mita is near making it convenient head out to other parts of the Riviera without having to cross across town. The home was clean when I arrived. The AC was amazing; the house cools in minutes. The kitchen had everything I need to prepare meals: blender, oven, and microwave. There was bottled water available for my consumption. The living room was super comfortable for watching Netflix. The patio was great for hanging out. The shower was impeccable. I was never worried about theft; very secure. EVERYTHING was perfect for my purpose. I highly recommend this place and will, hopefully, be able to reserve again. Thanks Ali.

This place was fantastic! We were a group of 4, two couples, and the size was ideal. The beds were comfortable, and we utilized the kitchen, living room, and outdoor space. Leah and Ali are amazing hosts. They thought of everything! The guide book they put together gave us more information than we could have thought to ask, and everything we could have wanted in the space was there waiting for us. We cooked a few meals there as the kitchen was so well stocked. The shower had hot water and good pressure. It's about a 10 minute walk to town in a really quiet area, which we appreciated a lot, as we've stayed in town previously and had trouble sleeping because of the noise. And since we stayed for a week, they scheduled a mid-stay cleaning of the house, which was unexpected and so nice. Highly, highly recommend!

A wonderful place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

This property is everything that we needed and wanted. The directions for arriving there are fabulous and the binder that Leah has prepared was extremely helpful. We strongly recommend booking your next stay in Sayulita here. It's close enough to the town and the beach and yet far enough away to have your own little paradise all to yourself. Be sure to bring sturdy walking/running shoes to navigate the streets. We have already recommended this charming place to friends and strangers.
