Coco is a cute beach town full of nightlife, diverse ethnic restaurants and activities. Famous for scuba diving, sport fishing, and snorkeling. The beach is great for swimming and there are several restaurants along the water to enjoy the view. Coco is centrally located and it is the gateway to additional beautiful Costa Rican destinations. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport. Our condo is on the 2nd floor overlooking an olympic size pool and beautiful landscaping. We are a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk downtown where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops and lots of music and nightlife. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. There are 23 units in Paradizio. The property is pristine and well taken care of.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. There are 2 rockers and a table outside on our deck and outlets in case you want to use an ipad or laptop. It is a great place to sit at night enjoying a cocktail or mocktail enjoying the festive lighting throughout the grounds. The pool is open all night. There is a pool room with shower, bathroom and pool floats. There is also an outside kitchen with bbq, frig and eating area. Feel free to use the corn hole game.
Off season - Our favorite - rates May-November. Cooler, less crowded, less expensive. Brief rain shower possible end of day.
