The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and nice. Just the waiter at the restaurant they have there was rude. He had a bad attitude. Not only did I feel that way but my entire family did. This happened around 10AM on 2/13/2026.

Room was clean, white sheets could be whiter, seemed like off white, top bed cover seemed really old. Staff was nice and helpful, not with our luggage to our room, but if we needed toilet paper, directions or any questions, they would help. Room had ac, tv and window, which was good.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown, just steps from the markets and the Zócalo—which made it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast portions were decent—not too small or too large—and we really appreciated that the staff was always willing to offer more if we wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s traditional colonial style added to its overall charm. Overall, it was a great value, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Oaxaca."
