Luxury, comfort and charm just .2 miles from the beach! Offering three bedrooms and two baths this gorgeous condo sits in a private gated community a short walk from the beach. A close walk to Gulf View Heights for beach access with bathrooms. Fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment are all conveniently close. Also within walking distance to Gulf Place, a vibrant new development with art, restaurants, boutiques and live music.

Our new condominium is over 1,000 square feet. Each bedroom is set up with a flat screen Roku TV to stream all your favorite channels! The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet space, private bathroom, and a private entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bathroom has quartz countertops and upgraded fixtures. The amazing balcony doors were specifically chosen to help cut down on the noise from 30A. The spacious balcony faces 30A with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.

The living space is equipped with a large flat screen TV and comfortable couch. The dining area has a large kitchen table and a bar for extra seating. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dual Keurig coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, a blender, toaster, and electric kettle.

You will have access to our beautiful zero entry community pool, charming fitness center, and charcoal grills.

The public beach can be accessed only .2 miles from the condo either through Gulf View Heights (with public bathrooms and picnic tables) or Spooky Lane.
