This unit has 2 fireplaces to enjoy a relaxing evening or read a good book!

The gorgeous kitchen is newly remolded with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island, Reverse Osmosis water, and everything you need to create a chef-style meal!

The dining area opens up into the warm living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large doors opening up to a lovely patio with plenty of seating, a BBQ, and a beautiful garden area.

The master has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, an ensuite master bath with dual sinks, a shower tub combo, and plenty of closet space.

Solid comfort; great downtown location

Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara.

A Gem right in the middle of SB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Condo is quiet and abundantly equipped with all amenities we hoped for. Perfect Christmas Get-Away and we will be on the look-out for this property when our next visit comes up!
