Mother’s Day visit
We spent a lovely weekend in SLO visiting our son. The house was adorable, spotless and very comfortable. The beds were comfy, the house has been updated with very nice finishes. Backyard is cute and very private. House is also walking distance to downtown. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Perfect weekend away
My family and I were in town for the weekend and it was perfect fit! It’s a very charming and historic home within walking distance to downtown with a very cute breakfast spot just a black away. We were out and about enjoying the town most of the day but coming back to this house was super cozy! We would visit again.

Stylish SLO Stay...
Had a great stay at the Railroad House last weekend! This is a well appointed, stylish two-bedroom house that's been modernized yet has kept its historic charm. The house has nice sized spaces - living room, dining room, full kitchen (multiple coffee options :-) and decent size bedrooms - plenty of space for the four of us. The neighborhood has some great restaurants close by and it's a 10-15 minute walk downtown. Easy parking in the driveway. Michael was very responsive and answered all of our questions along the way. Great home base for our time in SLO.

Above and beyond
This place is wonderful, not only is it beautifully decorated but there is even a Nespresso machine, Sonos speakers, Apple TV, .. Also, the host Michael was super accommodating. Even though he had guests scheduled to arrive on the same day of our departure, he arranged for a late checkout and also gave us tips for where to go in the town/what to do.

We stayed with our two young children (infant and toddler), and this property was absolutely phenomenal! Very family friendly, spacious, cozy, and well thought out design.
