Great views / awesome access to amenities

The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any needs that we had. The views really are beautiful. The resort was great for us, although we mostly spent our time at the waterpark and Palomino island. The casitas have relatively easy access to the rest of the resort (it takes some walking but not bad). The room is ideal for 2 adults and children. They had a small playroom with kids bunk beds and toys that kept our kids entertained. I think it would get a little tight if we were 4 adults, depending on your group. Overall, I would stay here again, if I wanted a resort like experience in PR.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

Maria and Ramon are incredible hosts. We had several unexpected issues during our stay -- a full island black out, a sick child -- and Maria and Ramon went above and beyond and communicated before, during, and after our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The apartment is great - the sitting/dining area and beds are all in one big room, and there is a small kitchen, two lovely patios and a small closet/bunk room where our kids ended up staying most nights). The apartment is well stocked, including kids' toys, which were a big hit. Maria and Ramon made sure we had everything we needed - sand toys for the beach, umbrellas, lanterns during the power outage, etc. The hosts are members of the El Conquistador resort (which is adjacent to the "Las Casitas" area where the apartment is located) and can facilitate access during your stay. We hadn't expected to spend much time there, but it ended up being an invaluable amenity. Between Las Casitas and El Conquistador, you have access to 7 pools, many hot tubs, a water park, a private beach island, and shops and restaurants. It's also a quick drive to town, bigger shops, and other areas of interest.Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment if you're looking for resort amenities without being in the middle of the resort and if you want a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay that's convenient to many areas of interest.

Week in paradise!

I read all the reviews other vacationers posted before we booked. Everything people said was true about the property And especially Maria and Ramon! Amazing people and very attentive. Even when our daughter got sick, not only did Maria bring her tea, fresh ginger and a lemon for her stomach, they even brought her a watermelon when she said that was the only thing she wanted to eat. Gorgeous and well maintained property. Loved being able to quickly and easily access the resort and all the amenities it offered! Hoping to come back and stay again to take advantage of all that area of PR offers! Thank you Maria and Ramon!

My family and I love this place. We used to stay at El Conquistador Hotel every time we visit PR. This time the hotel was full and we decided to try vrbo. It was the best decision. The casita was super clean , comfy , huge bathroom and the view was amazing. Property manager very attentive and willing to help. Highly recommended!

Our flights were delayed but the hosts were incredibly gracious. They stayed up late to ensure we were able to access the property. The ocean views were amazing. The property grants you access to Palomino island, Coqui water park and all of the amenities on site. The property is clean, beautiful and serene. There’s also bars and and coffee shop.

The best vacation place you will ever find!

Let me start by saying that this was hands down the best vacation we've been on so far. Not only because how beautiful this property is but also how truly amazing the owners Maria and Ramon are. From the moment I messaged them when we were first considering booking their place to the moment we got back home they were nothing but helpful, kind and caring. They made us feel like we are part of their family. The property itself is gorgeous. The casita is specious with everything you might need plus some. The view the location, everything about this place makes it for a great vacation spot. Can't recommend this place enough. If you are considering booking it for your next vacation don't look any further and think any longer, this place is IT! You will not regret it and in contrary you probably will be back time and time again.

Have you ever felt like you missed your VRBO hosts after a vacation? Well, that's exactly what we're feeling like after returning home from a week in Puerto Rico at Maria and Ramon's place. They we're the most incredible hosts and helped create lifetime memories for our family. From the airport pick-up to the daily walks to El Conquistador and the incredible Cuban dinner (not kidding--they cooked for us) we relished every second. As a global executive, I was thoroughly impressed by their dedication to service and the impeccable attention to detail. Honestly, it was like having a private concierge for a week. We had the most amazing time at Maria and Ramon’s place!! It was my boyfriends birthday and I asked their help to surprise him. Without hesitation, they were kind enough to put up decor, get cake, and tequila for us! They also booked us a reservation to go to Palamino Island using the resort wristband! Don’t even get me started on this view!! Overall, don’t think just book it! It’s seriously the best, you won’t be disappointed!!

Relaxing Getaway

We had an outstanding stay! The place was very clean and comfortable and in an ideal location. The owners (Maria and Ramon) live downstairs. They were remarkable hosts; very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took us to get our wristbands every morning to ensure that we had assess to the resort amenities. They were helpful with advice for sight seeing, activities and reservations as well. The most wonderful people and best hosts! I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Property, Wonderful Hosts!

Simply put, if you’re looking for the ideal property for a vacation in Puerto Rico, this is it! From the moment we arrived, our stay exceeded every expectation we had when planning this trip. Before we arrived, our hosts offered advice on excursions, favorite restaurants and other helpful tips for our stay. The property is located in Las Casitas Village, within the El Conquistador resort. The condo was immaculately clean and well furnished, with very comfortable beds, a kitchenette, and a balcony with a view that must been seen to truly be appreciated. Parking is both convenient and included. As guests of our hosts, we were allowed access to the entire resort, including water park, pools, restaurants, and water shuttle to beautiful Palomino Island. Compared to previous all-inclusive resort vacations, we found the quality of food, drinks, and service to be superior in comparison. The resort was uncrowded, and there was never a problem with finding a lounger by the pool or at the beach. Perhaps what truly sets this property apart from the others are the hosts, Ramon and Maria! From our initial tour of the resort, to restaurant and tour recommendations, it was like having an on site concierge service! We got to experience some top notch local restaurants and also an amazing catamaran trip to Culebra Island. In summary, we found this trip to be an excellent value, and the lodging, resort, and location were perfect! Thanks again, Ramon and Maria!

outstanding experience

My son and I stayed here for a golf vacation in Feb 2024. This is our 4th time to PR and this was by far our best rental experience. The unit and location are outstanding - spectacular views and very short walk to the golf course and many pools. Having full access to the amenities of Las Casitas and the Conquistador Resort (including the water park and Palomino Island) was wonderful. But the best feature of this unit are the owners: Maria and Ramon. Truly lovely people who are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We have already booked this unit again for my wife and daughter to stay in March...and for every trip to PR moving forward we will not bother to search for alternatives - we will 100% be staying with Maria and Ramon. You should too...

Fantastic - great hosts and beautiful location

Maria and Ramone are great hosts and their villa was perfect for my wife and me. They really went above and beyond with making sure our time was as pleasant as possible. A prime example of that is we couldn’t book ferry times online so they picked our tickets up for us so they didn’t sellout before we got there. There were rain jackets available for us to use which was great as we did have rain during our stay. They had plenty of the extra things to make packing easier like beach towels, goggles/snorkel stuff, etc. The villa itself was perfect; incredible views of the bay and El Yunque and the kitchenette was great for making food so we didn’t have to go out for every single meal. The overall property is beautiful as well. The closest pool (about 5 min walk) is a good size infinity pool and the views were outstanding. There’s a hot tub nearby as well that we walked to. I didn’t golf but it looked like it would be a fun course to play, a ton of elevation changes. Really just a great location overall; easy to get to good restaurants, the bio-luminescent bay, El Yunque, groceries/convenience stores and the island ferry’s. Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and our stay. Would love to stay here again and we’re already looking forward to exploring more of Puerto Rico!
