The condo was perfect for our stay in Luquillo. The outdoor space was the most utilized space when we were "home". The host provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach, Los Kioskos, El Yunque, restaurants and more, it really was the perfect stay. I hope to come back with friends and will definitely hit up Ms. Aida! She answered all of our questions quickly and ensured we had a great stay. Five Stars all the way!

We had the most amazing time staying at Aida's place in Luquillo. The location was spectacular with large windows looking out to the beautiful ocean. The beds were so comfortable and the place stocked with everything we needed from beach stuff to kitchen supplies and washer and dryer. It was easy checking in because Aida is excellent with communication and answered quickly when we had questions or just needed some referrals for great things to do in the area. This place is only 30 min from SJU airport, 10 min from El Yunque rainforest and less then 5 minutes from Luquillo beach with an incredible amount of kiosks with great food options. The beach is incredibly beautiful and the water so warm and clear. My daughter and I had an amazing trip for her 18th birthday and chartered a boat on Culebra to enjoy that amazing island as well. We also did a mini-boat tour to Icacos with snorkeling and had so much fun. There are just so many fun things to do, see and great food to eat. It was an incredible vacation and this location and place to stay topped the list as the absolute best. We would definitely stay there again. Also going as Mom and daughter I was nervous at first about safety but it was completely safe with a gated area and we never felt unsafe. This place was so inspiring to stay at and so beautiful! Thank you so much Aida and Evy for all your great recommendations and kindness helping us figure out all our vacation details. You two are the best! Thanks so much!

Eve and her husband were wonderful! Communication was great. Place is adorable, very clean, of course great view. They were doing a little work in upstairs unit, and super conscientious about noise. Toilet issue fixed immediately. Great hosts!

Excellent stay

Upon arrival, host communicated clearly and timely about how to enter and was always available if we had any questions. Our stay was wonderful and relaxing! We especially enjoyed opening the glass doors all the way for the breeze, view, and sound of the waves. It was so convenient to walk right out to the water and we especially enjoyed sunbathing and swimming right there. The condo was well appointed with plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen tools, etc. walk to beach and kiosks, and a short drive to rainforest hikes and activities.

Great view of the ocean

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The kids especially loved the outdoor hammock, and we all enjoyed the stunning ocean view. Communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in process was simple and well-documented. The reliable Wi-Fi and convenient, safe parking further enhanced our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxed, enjoyable getaway!

Fun family spot

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was outstanding and maximized by the set up of the living area with a wall of windows. The master bed was comfortable, and the other beds were okay. The kitchen though was not designed for eating in. Important note: there is NO oven, which limits what you can cook. I think that could be helped at least with a convection microwave oven. While it is not a deal breaker that there is no dishwasher, there aren’t enough dishes for more than one meal for the group (and if you filled the beds with people, you’d cut it close on one meal). That would be an easy fix though—there’s room for more dishes. Another note: in the winter, the water covers the beach at the building all day. There are lots of great beaches nearby though, even in walking distance for kids. The location was convenient and felt secure, and the other guests in the complex were friendly and respectful of each other. There is lots to do nearby. I would recommend this property as a good place to stay.

The Best VRBO on Earth

This was our second trip to Puerto Rico and our second time staying at this rental. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals throughout the US and this is by far the best. The hosts are extremely accommodating and are a quick text away in the event that you need anything. The location is absolutely stellar, just steps away from the beach and a quick drive to some of the most amazing beaches we’ve ever been to. The beach directly behind the unit is inaccessible during early March due to high tide, but there are other access points within a short walk. If we could wake up with the view offered with this stay every day, we would!

Charming and clean in a very nice oceanfront location

We found the apartment to be as charming and clean as the photos indicate with a fantastic oceanfront view. Be aware the room with the bunks has one bunk and a Murphy bed that almost touches the bunk when opened. There is no beach access, it's a seawall and and the waves splash all the way to o the wall. Location is just okay, apart from the view. Easy short drive to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks.

Magical Place

This was a fantastic place, the most beautiful view to wake up to every morning, and close to many different beaches, kiosks, and restaurants. Aida and Evy were super responsive and helpful with suggestions. This is a wonderful place, and I would like to book it again without hesitation.

Hidden Gem off the beaten path

Quaint and cozy apartment that is literally on the beach. Location is a bit dicey but gated access to the apartment. Clean and well furnished. Overall, the accommodations exceeded my expectations. Evy and Aida were very responsive and always timely in getting back to me. Thanks for a great stay!!

This apartment was home away from home for my family of 3. Morning walks on the beach with my coffee was the perfect start to my day. In between Paradise beach and Playa Fortuna. All amenities of home provided. Beach chairs, boogie boards, towels and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand away. Full kitchen, WiFi, AC in all rooms. Washer and dryer. Short walk to SolEl restaurant for breakfast/ brunch, try the coquito French toast. While enjoying the beach take a short beach walk to Carabali Beach house for daiquiris, pastelillos with beef and sweet plantains. Short drive to Amigos grocery which has ALL you need for cooking, bottled water, fruit and snacks. I recommend this location to anyone wanting a local living vibe. No tourists so you have the beach all to yourself.

Beach condo

This condo was perfect for us! The backyard ocean was amazing to cool down in after visiting the rainforest or kiosks. Great location, beautiful beach decor, with an amazing porch that we used every evening. The hosts were very informative and gave many activity and restaurant suggestions. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect location. We were right by the Luquillo beach and kiosks. Close drive to the rainforest. Close to our boat charter in Fajardo. The hostess and cohost were amazing. Many recommendations given. We had everything we needed for the beach. The tide was lower on our first day so we had a great time on the beach access at the condo. Checkin was easy. AC was cold. We loved it and would return again. Outside of building is a little wore and neighborhood doesn’t look the best but nothing to worry about. It was quiet and we felt perfectly safe. Gated condo. We will be back!

Stayed with 5 of my friends and we had a wonderful time. Location was close to the rainforest and Icacos where we wanted to go. Staff was amazing and checked in on us daily. If we are vet in the are would definitely give them a call again.

A Must Do!

We were a family of 4, 15 years old and 9 years old. We loved it here. 1st floor apartment that was super clean and convenient. We loved the private beach, yes it got “small” during high tide but the kids and us loved it. So many folks say it was sketchy neighborhood, we felt safe. Everything was available and convenient for cooking, sleeping and relaxing! We we pleasantly surprised when we arrived to have sandwiches and water, snacks.. we arrived late and it was just a pleasant surprise! Thank you. The only helpful tool would have been to have the washer/dryer hookup for convenience. While the rental clearly states it is not, washing towels or drying towels “in house” would be convenient. Otherwise we loved it here and would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful Ocean View

We loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean each morning! The host and property manager were very attentive and thoughtful. There were 4 great beach chairs that we used each day. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk which was very helpful on the weekend days when the traffic at the beach and food kiosks was crazy. We loved it here and would definitely return!
