The hotel is new and clean and has a fabulous rooftop bar. The rooms were not exactly like in the photos and described online. Our room had no window and felt cramped. That was disappointing but the room had two king beds which was nice! The room service wasn’t the best. A cute little robot delivered my latte and a scone but it wasn’t great. The best part of the experience was the staff! Especially the car valets. My battery died in my car overnight and it took a couple of guys to get into the car and start it up. I was so thrilled that they did that for me and didn’t give up. I truly appreciated that and think they went above and beyond for me. I would stay again but make sure I have a room with a window. The rooms were expensive and not worth the price without at least a window for some air. The hotel is very convenient to Chase Center and Oracle Park.

Loved this hotel! The surrounding area was very safe. Wonderful market across the street, other local cafes were delicious, I will definitely stay again. Loved the robots that brought anything you needed. Staff were helpful with any questions.

Everything with the hotel and staff was wonderful. Unfortunately when we ordered food from the cafe downstairs the order was wrong and the breakfast croissant was cold

We booked Luma for the location as we were attending two Giants games. You definitely pay a premium for that and the hotel is nice, but the rooms
