It was a great property, desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Coffee urns at breakfast were slow to be refilled but maybe they were short staffed. Other guests had burned waffles in each machine- oops. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great hotel except no room on shuttle

Everything was good except there was no room for us on the shuttle so we walked to the airport. The host was kind enough to bring us bagged breakfast. Just don’t expect to get shuttled to the airport it always seems full at 5:00 am - not sure about the other times but we only stayed their because we had an early morning flight.

The shower curtain is very dirty, the dish washing machine’s detergent compartment cover is broken and the food items in breakfast were run out on one day during our 4-day trip. It is a nice hotel in a very safe and nice area but needs some management improvement.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance of the airport, although a free shuttle is provided. It is in the nice Liberty Station district with nice park areas, great restaurants, Trader Joes and Von's grocery stores and in close proximity to the waterfront and downtown San Diego. It is an outstanding location. The staff is fantastic too. Friendly and helpful every time I needed assistance. My room was well-insulated and very quiet. I never heard any noises from nearby rooms although the hotel was very busy. The free breakfast has something for everyone and is a convenient perk. I've stayed at this hotel before and will stay here again.

Nice hotel for families near the airport. We were looking for something on a bus line, with breakfast and a pool and this fit the bill. Quiet, despite being near the airport.
