we were woke up at 6 AM by children, running stomping and jumping off of beds above us. When we called the front office to ask them to call the room, the people above us, decided to hit the floors as hard as they could for about 15 more minutes. The staff at the hotel just smiled about it when I talked to them upon checkout, they didn’t try to compensate for the stay or anything. Also upon check-in, the person at the front desk did not tell me that I could give them a cash deposit a $50 instead of putting it on my card which would have saved me three days of the money being on hold.

First room we had smelled like mold and mildew. The switch is to the room next door and the AC didn't work. My husband had to fix the plug for it to work then it didn't blow very cold air. There were 4 of us staying in the room and they only had 2 towels. There were no towels in the pool area so we asked for 4 towels to dry off from swimming and we were told they can only give us 2 more on top of the 2 that were already in the room. We then went to pull out the pull out bed out of the couch and there were stains all over it!! I went down to the desk because no one EVER answered the phone. (They would pick it up and hang up immediately). I showed them the picture I took of the bed and the first thing he said was did no one give you sheets? Not let me fix that. He didn't offer another room he simply said there was nothing he could do until his manager came in in the morning.

Single bed when I paid for 2 queen beds. Taking way too long to fix it. Tub floor is a mess. Printer or computer for guess didn’t work. Didn’t make my bed, stains on pillow case. Try to make me pay a second deposit to change my room to the correct room I pay for. Alarm goes off in our room after 12am in the morning. My wife said the eggs was very good. For the positive note.

Everything was good! Rooms did smell a little of tobacco yet they are non-smoking rooms. 4th time staying here and I only have one complain and that is it maybe easier access to Wal-Mart ( maybe a keyed gate for guest).

I like the easy access parking; walking distance to different businesses. I didn’t like that there can always be a gate(maybe use with hotel key)to have easier access to Wal-Mart. Also, rooms are non-smoking and they smell like cigarettes.

Nice hotel with very comfortable beds. I just didnt like the signs all over the breakfast area "do not take breakfast to the room" Ive stayed in hotels all over the US and ive never seen that. I guess i understand they have alot of high school and college students that make a mess in the rooms but that shouldn't include everyone.
