Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was not helpful.

Went for a night away with my husband for my birthday. Tv in room offered on demand service through google cast, but you have we to connect with wifi which keeps saying failed. Front desk said they couldnt do anything about it. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Tried to upgrade to a suite when I arrived and was told because I prepaid I couldnt upgrade which seems crazy to me. There was only one place open to eat. The huge buffet was closed on the one night a week we went. Rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Not happy with staff acting helpless, and entertainment options in room. Would be nice to make it eadier to try to connect a roku etc. They have little for channel selection selection
