This was our second stay at this special property, and we had a wonderful time. The host and property manager are kind and helpful. The property is peaceful and well located to explore the area - it is also incredibly relaxing to just stay by the pool and river. We plan on a third visit!

Incredible property, and very warm and welcoming hosts!The villa itself was perfect, great bedrooms and kitchen/ living area, and the pool area was just right! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend! Some beautiful towns nearby and easy access to shops and restaurants by car!

Overall this is a nice property, but dont be taken in by the photos, the garden is smaller than it appears on the photos, basically a small strip of lawn around the pool, and the pool/garden furniture is woefully inadequate for a property that sleeps 12. "Great place for peace and quiet after visiting wineries and Chateau Monbazillac. It’s larger than the photos depict and quite comfortable. The bed is soft with down pillows so sleeping can be challenging until you adjust to a more relaxed environment. The room is dark when the shutters are closed. Martin and his family are welcoming and yet allow total autonomy. "
