406 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a second-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and more. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.

Features include an outside deck, gorgeous ocean views, and a newly renovated kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers stunning patio views of the ocean. Comcast X1 DVR with Voice Remotes in the living room and King bedroom. There is no cable in the queen/bunkbed bedroom.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 6 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex.

The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf cart ourselves and that had to be done by 6:00 PM. Door lock on door was very finicky.
