605 Newhaven is a lovely two-story, second-floor condo located on the north end of Fripp Island. Right across the street from the famous Ocean Point Golf Course, this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Perfect for a group of golfers or a family getaway! Steps away from the pool, golf course, and beach at low tide.

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed with a walk-in closet, en suite bath with shower, tub, and 2 sinks. Both upstairs bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with tub shower combo. The first guest bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds, and the second guest bedroom upstairs has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. 3 smart TVs in the property with Hargray cable in the master bedroom and living room. Features include 2 dining areas, a large open kitchen and living room, and a furnished deck.

The View:
Take in the gorgeous Village of Newhaven from your balcony surrounded by the ocean. A quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village, the complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
