"What a fantastic villa! We had 2 weeks in the extreme Ardeche heat (it reached 40C at times), so spent a lot of time in the wonderful pools. They were clean, one was heated to 28 and the non-heated was only a few degrees less so was nice & refreshing. Being able to swim under the villa through a hatch from one pool to the other was cool. Someone came and cleaned the pool halfway through our stay.The bedrooms are spacious & comfy and all had excellent air-con, so they were pleasantly cool despite the heat. Unfortunately it was too hot to relax in the lounge, so we tended to spend evenings together in the master bedroom watching Netflix on the big TV in there. The mosquitos took a liking to 2 of our party, so they didn't like sitting outside in the evening!The TVs in the master bedroom and lounge are both large and new and smart, with Netflix etc built in. The other bedroom TVs are large but not "smart".Facilities are excellent. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sunbeds, chairs and tables, towels etc. Gym is incredibly well stocked with equipment. Plenty of fun to be had on the property; we enjoyed archery, petanque, basketball, table tennis, volleyball & a bit of golf practice. It was too hot to use the jacuzzi! Solar EV charger was great.Julie our host was very responsive, as was her friend Sandrine who showed us round. We were offered a cleaner during our stay; we asked for her to come once half way through.We loved our stay - you will too!"
