"I've been staying here for the past seven years on and off for work and have never had a bad experience, until last night. Due to ongoing renovations, there are less available rooms, but also, less available parking. We could not find a parking spot near our room, even though we paid extra for a walkout room. The curtains didn't cover the window, so we were feeling very exposed. The remote for the tv wasn't working so we couldn't watch anything except what came on when you turned it on, if you could figure out how to do that! Finally, the bathroom flooded while I was brushing my teeth from some unseen leak and my soft moccasins got damaged. While the people at the desk were polite, they didn't give us our bottled water for the coffee machine for morning, nor did they offer the standard doggie treats that are to be given out when you bring your dog (as per the lady who booked my room on the phone). All in all, I am no longer going to be using this motel for my trips to Espanola."
