"Beautiful place to stay "

"Stayed at the property for a few days during a vacation through Northern California. The property was perfect for my family and a perfect hub for exploring the surrounding area. The host was amazing and even provided bins of toys for our child to use while there. If I return to the area I hope this property is available for another stay."

"We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book again. It had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, was a fantastic environment, and the hot tub was magical. "

"Our stay included our grown children and their families. This house was absolutely perfect!! It’s not only gorgeous inside but so functional for large groups. Kitchen is well appointed aka it has everything you could possibly need and there is a large picnic table outside as well as a large table inside so everyone can eat together. The check in process was seamless. While the house is right above the River Road it was not a distraction while in the house. The beach is very close and great for even small children as the water is shallow and calm. There are so many beautiful outings near by that we could have stayed a week and not seen everything. Be sure to check out the Pee Wee golf in Geurneville. What a hoot. Suffice it to say we loved the Petunia house and hope to return again and again. "

"We returned for a second Mother's Day weekend stay with our adult "kids" and grandkids. We appreciate having wonderful outdoor and indoor space to hang out, cook together, play, and relax. With views of the redwoods, the house gets lots of sunshine due it the hilltop location. Close to wineries and a popular Russian River rocky beach. We plan to return next year!"

"Lovely spot on the river. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean. The kitchen could use a knife sharpener and maybe an extra baking sheet. The dishwasher didn't work but the bbq was great! Overall, a great place on the river. We'll be back! "
