Stay in Rotanda
From the beginning, I left a message for the property manager per the website and I never heard anything from him in two weeks so I had to call Evolve and get the information from them. I was contacted by one of the owners and told it would be taken care of. One day before the stay I was contacted by another owner and asked the same question, so bad communication. I was there one day and then the ants started. I found them dead in the Keurig and then though out the rest of the house. The sponge for the kitchen sink was dirty and smelly. I would think that you would be able to leave a clean sponge ( 1.50) for each new guest. I could not find the extra towels until leaving in a dresser draw, not in the bathroom. I contacted the owner and was told they would send pest control out next day but I was still going to be there. I said no because I don't want strangers coming in while I am not there. The next day I left because it was too much, I notified the owner about my early departure and asked about any refund and crickets ever since. I would of at least expected a response but nothing since the text and that was a week ago. So over all I was not happy with this experience. If you are thinking of staying here I would think again.
