"The hotel was pretty. The cleaning staff and the bar staff were amazing. However the front desk was not very helpful. They did not provided detailed information and didn’t address our concerns appropriately. The room was very clean and spacious, but none of the beds were comfortable. The location is convenient and the restaurant/bar is adequate. The breakfast buffet was very good, not a lot of daily variety but overall very good food."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are amazing! Beautiful decor and new amenities. It is located in a beautiful area just on the outskirts of the trendy Trastevere. In a beautiful quiet street. Getting to the major attractions in Rome is super easy. Bus route is directly on the street of the hotel. Less than a minute walk to the bus stop. Owners are so nice and helpful. Very hospitable. Room service is not done daily. If you run out of anything like toilet paper, towels, tissues, the owners are an email away. I would highly recommend this place."

"This was perfect for pre-cruise stay. The information about finding the place and self- check-in when we arrived after staff left was so easy! Walk from the train was ~5 min with rolling suitcases. Although the A/C was not on in the room when we arrived, it was very fast at cooling down so we could recover from the 37C temperatures of the city. We took a local bus to the city centre for some sightseeing and dinner and the next day our really wonderful breakfast arrived in our room! Check-out was also very easy and Giselle even told us which train platform we would need for our train to Civitavecchia. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean and a good shower with lovely soaps! Note before you go with luggage: there are a few steps before the elevator and the small elevator can hold 2 people with 1 suitcase OR 1 person with 2 suitcases."
