We came to Rochester to go to Mayo Clinic. It was so nice to be staying at this rental home each evening. It was the cleanest rental that we’ve ever stayed in in our lives! Everything was well equipped, and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything!

The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed and recliners were very comfortable. There were extra throws and a nightlight in the bathroom. Great walk-in shower! Large screen tvs in living are and bedroom. And good storage space in closet and chests for extended stay. My ONLY issue was the location-it was a commercial area, and our previous stay had been in a neighborhood on the city trail, where we had access to a deck and park.

We chose this house based on the photos and it lived up to our expectations. The house has a well stocked kitchen including a Henckles knife set (brand new, super sharp) and Emeril Lagasse cookware plus numerous other items. I was able to prepare any dish I desired (I’m an amateur cook for over 40 years) so it was a great plus to have all the items and gadgets to make whatever I wanted. The house is located in an industrial area which was fine by us, plus it was not a well traveled road as one would think. There was no noise would could hear nor was there any real traffic going by. We chose this location based on the relative ease to get to the Mayo Clinic and we were staying for about a week and a half so it was important to have a short drive. It was so close, it took us 23 minutes to drive out of the driveway, drive to the clinic, park in the parking garage, go through security (we were checked every day since we had a backpack) and check in to the Chando building on the 8th floor. This by the way was done with getting a wheelchair out of the trunk, placing my wife in the chair and walking to our destination. The driveway was spacious enough to turn around in so that I just have the car ready to pull out. The home is close to Aldi, Walmart, Hy-vee (supermarket), liquor stores and numerous restaurants. I don’t think anything was more than a half mile away. Jill was a great host and if I ever return to the area, this is the place I want to be. 5

VRBO Stay Incredible Stay

We can't say enough about our our stay at this VRBO. Our host Jill, was not only helpful with every aspect of our stay, she also went above and beyond as she was able to extend our stay after our Mayo visit required a 10 day extension. The home was immaculate, everything from the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living area were clean, comfortable and organized. We highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Mayo Visit with Adult Son

We arrived in Rochester at our VRBO-great location-ease of access to everything. Three-four miles from Mayo. Perfect as we spent everyday there for hours. Our son cannot utilize one of his legs and has to use crutches for mobility. The one story was imperative. The open floor plan, open bathroom-shower was perfect for his situation. We would rather cook than go out due to allergies so the kitchen worked well for us. We will be returning and staying here again. Cleanliness was a top priority. Location was high on the list. Wins on both accords.Thank you Jill for your hospitality.

Perfect VRBO!

My family and I stayed here for a Mayo Clinic visit, and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless and extremely accessible for my handicapped family member. They provided soft blankets and towels, shampoo/conditioner, bottled water, and coffee! All of the appliances and furniture was top quality. The host was very helpful and responsive. Driving to and from the Mayo Clinic was super easy! 100/10 would stay again!

We thought the property was on a rather busy street. When we were inside the the house, we never noticed any traffic. We were in Rochester to have surgery and the property was only about 15 minutes away.

It had everything you could have wanted for a single guy or two-kid family—anything you need to cook in a lovely kitchen. The bed, shower, closet space above average. There is also backyard with comfy chairs and a firepit ready to be lit. Try this home its nice. Matt I enjoyed this placeon my list in Rochester.

Very comfortable rental an easy drive from the Mayo clinic with lots of restaurants nearby

The rental was well equipped allowing my wife and I both to work online during our stay. The area is not the smartest location in Rochester but it felt safe. There were lists of eateries nearby and it was easy to find and to drive to the Mayo Clinic. The only downside is there was only one proper desk so the other workspace was the kitchen island.

Sweet retreat

This adorable two bedroom one bath house is clean, updated and smartly put together! It was cozy and wonderful – easy to fine with offstreet parking! It is on a busy street with not much yard, but perfect for adults! I was even able to complete my Valentine’s Day baking after my appointments before my journey home! Thank you Joel!
