The Villa was clean, great for 5 people, and it was quiet. In the instructions provided, we were advised that the exact location of the Villa will not populate on a GPS after a certain point.. This was not true.. after searching for it for a minute, we plugged "Villa Kalliope" into the GPS and it came right up... While the property was great overall, communication with the host was not. We received check-in instructions from the booking page and after that, nothing.. We asked if we can check in a bit early and were advised that we couldn't - for cleaning purposes.. Check out is at 10 am and we couldn't check in until 5:00 pm.. plenty of time in between for cleaning... so really, we just slept there overnight and checked out in the am... def not worth what we paid but we figured it is what it is... We were also told that we needed to pay a fee for taxes and provide personal info, but no one was at the property... When we reached out for info regarding checkout, we received a response in a language we didn't understand.. We ended up texting the host our info and left the fee on the table... and the WORST, the water at the property shut off an hour before our departure, so half of us couldn't shower or brush our teeth while one person who was in the shower had to finish their shower with a water bottle! ... truly unacceptable.. I would not stay here again.
