What to expect

Overall very nice, friendly neighbors and dogs. The rooster is right on time each morning at 5:am. However, too many rules and do nots. I felt I was back in my parent's home. Need a chair in the spare bedroom and the hallway bathroom is not ADA compliance. The bathtub was really high and hard to get into. It would have helped if there were grap bars. The bottom on the tub became slippery when wet and soapie. For the price, location and just spending the night, overall a good deal.

Great little get away close to Rexburg

We loved this house. It felt roomy and had plenty of room for the 6 of us to eat and also sit around and play games. Easy to get to and only a few minutes from Walmart in Rexburg. We would definitely stay again!

Helpful host, lovely property

Our stay here with a family of 6 was as smooth as could be. The host was very accommodating, even offering to take recycling in for us. The kitchen is well stocked (although another larger frying pan would help), and we used the griddle a dozen times. I love that the house is so well labeled, everything easy to find, plenty of towels and blankets. The home is newly refinished and super cute. Blackout curtains in 2 of the bedrooms make for an amazing sleep, and although the a/c is only in the main area, the shade on those 2 bedrooms and ceiling fans in every room make it quite comfortable with low nighttime temps, even though it was over 90F most days. Keep the windows open starting in the evening! We enjoyed the cool evening air outside using a few patio chairs we found in the garage. This location is great for any size family, and it's 2 hours from both Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, making it an affordable choice for hiking.

It was a good stay. The inside looks better than the outside. We needed a full length mirror is the only thing we missed. Yard could use attention to weeds and dry spots in grass but we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, comfortable house

Property manager replied promptly to my texts. This house was beautiful and clean in all aspects. The mattresses were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics so we could make dinner. The firepit was so fun to make smores.

Great stay!

The place was awesome. We enjoyed every moment we were in sugar city thanks to this stay. The house was very clean. All necessary facilities were there and we didn't feel lack of anything. This is close to 90 mins away from West Yellowstone entrance. Walmart is around five to ten minutes and eateries are ten - fifteen minutes away approximately. The price for the stay was decent too! I would recommend if you are here for Yellowstone or Idaho falls.

Yellowstone/Teton Trip

Perfect clean property. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids. The biggest drawback was that we were 90 min away from Yellowstone 2 hours away from Tetons, but the price was perfect for what we needed.

Sweet Spot!

This was such sweet spot to find. So close to Rexburg. The home was extremely clean and updated. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay here again if available!

Great place to stay while visiting kids at BYUI.

Felt like we were staying in a model home on the inside. Communication with property manager was excellent and they responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Thoughtful touches throughout the home.
