Reception staff was very obliging when I asked to stay longer in the room as my plane was 23.20 from KLIA to London. Most hotels will charge for having extension and this place they are quite relax with us. We love the eateries round the hotel and is a good stop from the airport.

This hotel doesn't skimp on freebies - guests receive free WiFi and free self parking. A garden, luggage storage, and laundry facilities are also on offer.
Relatively newly renovated, but not much thought put into location of numerous power points in the room. They are all not near the bed. Toilet seat doesn't really cover the bowl properly. Toilet door does not close and lock. It was very noisy at night past 12midnight.
