Great location, clean property

Nice stay, good location, clean property. Our only complaint was that the thermostats for the floor heaters need to be replaced. Rooms got very hot if thermostats were set above 50. Rooms got cool if set below 50.

Great location, frustrating experience

This property is in a great location with good views of the mountains. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. We did have some maintenance issues that we could not get Vacasa to address for us. They promised to send someone out, but they never did. We even got VRBO to call on our behalf, but Vacasa did not respond to them either. It seems that the previous management company did a much better job of maintaining and cleaning this property than Vacasa is doing.

This place was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us! Amazing views! Close to town. Will be back!

We loved staying here! Will absolutely rent this place again. Close to everything- town is within waking distance. Beautiful views! Enjoyed the river, the numerous balconies and the fire pit! Felt very private. Clean and well stocked! We will be back! Great place! (Only thing missing is a hot tub 😉)

Great location, nice place

Nice house. Exactly as shown. Lindsey was great and very quick to respond if I had a question. Very easy in and out. In Summer house got a little warm when closed up during the day but cooled off great with doors open. We really enjoyed the property.

We loved this location. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable! Favorite spot was the patio area by the river with a fire pit and grill. Thank you for a great stay.

The little home was very beautiful. The View is stunning !!

The stay was absolutely beautiful. You can walk anywhere in town within 5 minutes. Only complaint not enough towels. Lindsey was so nice to work with and answered question immodestly

Close to lifts and town

Lovely views of the river, comfortable beds, easy to walk to town or to the lifts but the free shuttle picks you up if you don't want to park at the busy river run ski parking lot on the weekends.

First time in Red River in the winter. Beautiful with snow falls 3 of 5 days. .25 mile away from lifts. Lindsey our host was great. Would definitely use this again.

I have a thing about a clean property. I have to pay a cleaning fee and I expect it to be clean when I rent it. Trash was in garbage disposal. Had to pull it out with hands. So much hair in tub it would not drain. People see this when they clean. Floor was not vacuumed well. Isn't fault of condo owner, just cleaning crew.

Ski memories made

We had an excellent few days in Red River, skiing, eating and shopping. The stay was cozy and perfect for a family of four. Lindsey was an excellent communicator. We will be back for another ski season and know exactly where we want to stay again.

Beautiful 2 bedroom

This little house is just perfect for a small-medium family. It’s very close to ski resort and walking to shops is also very easy. Our host was fantastic and answered all our questions very promptly! We would stay here again!!!

This was the perfect location to stay in Red River. It was within walking distance to the slopes and to shops and restaurants in town. The home was stocked with everything we needed.

Excellent 2 Bedroom/2 Bath option in Red River

The duplex condo was as pictured and an excellent option if you need two bedrooms and bathrooms, albeit a little pricy. Functional kitchen. Nice family room. Right in town. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants.

Mountain 4 wheeling!

This property was absolutely perfect! It was clean, and very well located. Sitting by the fire pit while listening to the running river just 5 feet away was an amazing way to spend the evening relaxing after riding the trails in the mountains.

Better than anticipated!

We come to Red River most every year and love the town. This property looked great online but looks can be deceiving. When we arrived we were very pleased with the appearance, the cleanliness, the ambiance and the comfort. Also very happy with Lindsey’s responsiveness! The only suggestion would be insulating the joining doors on the main level party wall. We hope to come back ! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
